I just moved to middletown and it's cool a place like this exists. It's a neat spot that's old fashioned and the food is expectional good and prices are fair. They take your order at your car or you can walk up and order and sit under the canopy, with tables. They have over 40 soft serve ice cream flavors, and this is a unique spot to try out. Love it here. Thanks for your great service too.
I absolutely LOVE this place!! As I was sitting in my car eating I texted a few friends that recently moved here with pictures saying that they have to eat here. I love those flat fresh burgers with fresh toppings. If you haven't ate here, eat here! Instead of going to McDonald's and spending a fortune on that nasty food with unfriendly, extremely slow service. Go here! Its part of Middletown history and always friendly and always smiling. Geez I sound like an advertisement.. But I stand by The Jug 100%
Great atmosphere! I loved the quick and careful service! They were wearing masks and even came out to the cars to let us order. The burgers were juicy and the fries were CRISPY!!Will go back!
The most amazing little burger joint of all time, a Middletown landmark since 1932. Smashed burgers with waffle fries and root beer is what life is all about. Also, a ton of options for ice cream, floats, and shakes.
Today's trip was extremely disappointing. I've been going here for years food and service has always been excellent. Today they served my Burger on a cold bun. I've never had a cold bun from here ever. I asked the I asked the server if they change cooks and she got sarcastic with me. I got a refund not sure if I will be back
Always great service when I go there never had to mess anything up and I've always been satisfied with what I ordered. Friendly staff as well.
Ordered three shakes. Maple nut was good. Coconut and tiramisu tasted like paint smells. I shared mine with the kids; the other two made it to a dumpster.
Great, old fashioned burger place! Fast service and cheeseburgers were some of the best. Highly recommend!

Hamburgers great! Has changes a lot since I was there, but many memorys. Service not that great,but still worth going!
