Well it was lunch time and I was out thought I would get the free Mexican pizza from TB. Now mind you this was my 3rd one but I had gone in the store like at 1030am and ordered it at the counter. When I did this I ordered Mexican pizza with extra pizza sauce and extra cheese and after it comes out lettuce and sour cream on top. And they were fantastic!! Delicious Delicious Delicious. I bought these at the verity store in Middletown. This was for a free on nothing extra I ordered it online and went to get it up at the store on Breiel Blvd in Middletown. The drive thru line was very long went all away the building. So it took some time. But I finally got it and it smelled so good. Took it home was so very hungry I opened it up and I was just so disappointed. The pizza sauce was only on like half of it and there was hardly any cheese. And the cheese was only on half of it as well. Hardly not tomatoes maybe 4 pieces. Now I know they were busy but it's not that hard to make something right. It doesn't take any extra time!!! I tried to smear the sauce and cheese over to cover as much as I could I put some mild sauce on it and sour cream and I ate it but in no way was as good as the other first 2 I had gotten. Everytime I go to the Breiel store my food is wacked up. But I had gone to Walgreens and thought why ot I'm here now. Well I guess that's the end of Breiel Blvd. Store and I will drive to the verity store from now on. I just wished I looked at it before I pulled away!!! But I shouldn't have too!!
lOVE me some taco bell! This location specifically is amazing! They take good care of there customers. I continue to travel out of my way to go to this location bc the food is always perfect and the staff are customer service oriented!
The worst experience I've ever got at a taco bell. I ordered a chili and cheese burrito and when I get it and it had barely anything inside of it. I'll never step foot on a taco bell property for as long i am breathing!
Meh. Food was good made how I requested it. Slow drive through though. However the woman at the window said that only her and one other person showed up today. It wasn't her fault it was slow. I would still go to this tacobell cuz my order was right.
Not sure if this place is under new management or something but the last few times I've ordered from here, on door dash believe it or not, everything has been excellent. They remembered all my sauces the tacos were perfect loaded with meat i was honestly impressed with the quality. Legit perfect taco bell. Thank you for actually caring about your customers.
The line was super long but the service was friendly, fast, and everything was correct for our large order. We were missing an item but it was no biggie…..they handled the ‘very confused’ man in front of us well!
Feel bad for the one star because usually the serviceworkers here are great.Was told that they were only serving people who ordered on the app. So people who dont use or cant afford fancy smartphones are not allowed service?! Nice...
We went through the drive through they left 8 dollars worth of food out of our bag and my daughter called 8 times and no answer we had to wait 30 more minutes to get the rest of our food!
Cashier's are usually always rude especially at night. Order messed up 9/10 times.
They need help but did a great job with a rush and a short staff.
