I love Taco Bell, but I do not appreciate at all being made to get into a 45-minute waiting line when I ordered on the app. Right next door, Rally's has a lane specifically for online orders. At this Taco Bell, they lock everything up around 7:30PM, and the only way to get an order is to get in a line that is literally out on the street,. I don't plan on placing anymore online orders with this location, or any other that operates the same way.
Let me say this, TB takes me home.My Mom still, to this day wraps a mean burrito... There will always be something oddly delicious about TB. With that said I have lost all hope for the future generations of young food handling employees. And I know it's dreadful being a teenager having to work especially in the food industry cuz most customers are rude and picky. But if you can't remember I paid, or that you was supposed to give me mild sauce then you need to watch a video that help your brain focus.
Regardless of what people ordered, large or small, the Middletown Verity location wants all drive thru customers to pull up to the front of the building to wait for the employees to hand the food to them instead of at the window tonight. They didn't even look understaffed inside. This is the second time I've dealt with that this month and the third time this year alone. It took 5 minutes for my order to get handed to me, but they never apologized for the wait. I've never had that happen before 2022. If that's the new norm at this location, it's a good way to lose business.
Drive thru was quick. Order was correct. Download the app for free food. Employees are courteous.
Used to have good food quality for a late night...now, not so much...unless you're drunk.
Always friendly staff, this Taco Bell is the best I've been to. I used to be able to get breakfast before work, but they don't open until later now. I would give 5 stars if breakfast was served earlier.
As always, it’s the food I’ve come to expect from Taco Bell. Only way they could get better for a 6 star review is to bring back the Mexican pizza.
Very rude employee telling us we couldn't order anymore after 7:30 pm because they were going to "start forming a line" . Very unprofessional... barely even let us in to pull a u turn, made us stop on RT 4 IN oncoming traffic before allowing us to turn around. Short brown hair, black shirt, middle aged man. 0/10 would not recommend encountering this **hole.
The line was long but, they busted it out quickly. Way to go Taco Bell team! My order was correct! Awesome!
Last time I go to taco bell period. Last 3 times I've been order if screwd up. Last time ordered 3 of an item got 2. Time before order was wrong. Time before missing a queso. If I wanted to complain then I'd have to sit and wait back in the drive thru and wait longer. I don't understand how hard it was to count to 3. Oh boy was minimum wage increase a bad decision.
