Teen employees need retraining on safe food handling. Toughing head with gloves then food is just nasty
The employees do not respect the customers here. My husband and I picked up dinner and the workers were all using profanity very loudly. It is very unprofessional here.
I Was at subway yesterday, and put in a online order. The workers weren't prepared or professionally making my order. They completely mess up on the one sub and I ask for help to receive a free sub on Friday, and the one worker was very rude. Me and my husband figure it out and got the free sub, but still our order wasn't put together correctly. Hopefully they receive more training.
General manager was very disrespectful an was argueing with a customer about something that could have been just solved by putting the toppings on the guys sandwich like the old man ask but instead just yelled in front of alot of customers an the old man was not being rude he just asking her nicely thats how she treated him so I would thats bad customer service !!
It was nice enough to give the coupon back, got my order just right but also gave me extra meat too.
The employees are super nice! I have a pretty big family and they were super sweet about making the sandwiches. They were busy and still were very nice and I completely appreciate it. If you’re thinking about stopping for a delicious sub, I’d recommend hitting this spot!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. I like the new lineup of their types of bread and fillings.
