This was a great place to grab a sandwich. The staff working were VERY friendly and even joked around with me on my sub selection.
My order was placed on the mobile app. I was using a store other than my Trenton location because I had to grab another meal for my son. I ordered my sandwich steak & cheese toasted with,spinach, cucumber, tomato & black olives. The bread was not toasted & was cut so that the top wasn't able to cover the sandwich and all of the toppings are all inside the wrapper despite it being wrapped. I called the store & was told to bring them the sandwich so they could look at it. I refused to waste $5 in gas driving back to the store. The sub's clearly not edible. I learned my lesson. I won't return to the location on Verity Parkway again. Such a disappointment!?

I constantly have issues at this location. Many of the employees are rude. Last 2x i have ordered there were issues. I ordered and got there after it was supposed to be ready to pick up my order and had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for my food that i ordered digitally. I sat and watched them help customer after customer while they continued to put off making my order.Any time i order cookies they never have them, and never give a refund.I will never go back to this Subway. I will just order from Penn Station
Hit and Miss on Quality lately.Plenty of toppings when prepared.They Have Chipotle Sauce just not on the App Menu so you have to order then rush to tell them to Add it.Employees are always Friendly Add do try they're best but just not consistent on the taste or texture sometimes. But it's Middletown and you expect that from every restaurant.
Associates were extremely friendly joking around and having a good time making the small wait time barely noticeable food was good price was not too high

I have to say this Subway was very good they cleaned this place up quite a bit I went today and the building was very clean and well kept staff was very kind , very talkative love to smile and they do there job right this is the best experience I’ve gotten at subway.
