Worst service ever. Waited in drive through line for 20 min with one car in front of us. Called to make sure they were open and they told us “yes we’re busy”. There wasn’t even a handful of cars in the parking lot. Finally ordered and the people were so rude, no one even apologized for our weight! Our burgers were all singles even burgers were barley warm. The only thing that was good were the shakes, even thought they were wrong. Ordered Fanta and got HiC.Definitely don’t go here if you’re in a hurry or wanting good Steak and Shake. I recommend driving on by and finding a different locations After 25min I was already determined so I was getting the food no matter how long ?

To be completely honest they should NOT be open due to lack of staff. I waited over 15 minutes for anyone to ever come to the drive threw. To which I was informed that there was only 2 employees trying to run the restaurant so in my opinion they should not even be open. Left with no food

If this location focused on customer service and speed of service instead of having employees chilling at the dumpster and gawking out the back door customers wouldn't have to wait 50 minutes for food! Must be nice to own a buisness and pay employees to do nothing but waste customers time! Don't recommend this location, you'll starve to death before receiving your order. -5 ?!!

fresh, and hot!other fast food places its a toss up, half the time you get old cooked food. This steak n shake was wonderful. My burger was fresh and hot! This is the place to go!

I don't eat here often, for the most part it's been pretty good. The shakes are great, the staff has always been friendly. I would give 5 stars, but the staff desperately needs help, they were short handed my last time there, and I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, I understand it's hard to get anyone to apply for jobs.

I get the craving for Steak 'n Shake a few times each year, so I was glad to see this location was in business again. I went there to dine-in. There were no signs stating that dine-in was not available, the chairs were on the floor, etc. However, I stood at the entrance by the register for a couple of minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. All I can figure is maybe the cook, host, and manager were the same person and he was just too busy. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I get the challenges with Covid, but just a simple "Be right with you" or "I'm sorry, but dine in isn't available" would made this an experience I can accept. I used the drive-thru a couple of days ago and everything was good, so I'll continue to be a customer.

Burgers were bigger than when open before. However, I ordered and paid for a double with cheese and no bun and a triple without bun. I received a single and double, no cheese, but they got the no bun part right though. It will be a while before I go back again. That was disappointing.Food was good, though.

Drove a half hour to get here and the dine in area is closed even though their Google listing says it's open. Even this FB page says "temporarily closed" even though the drive thru is open. So they can't take 2 minutes out of their day to update a Google listing or a FB page. I guess they really just don't care! I don't want to eat in my car and the half hour drive home is too far and the food would be nasty and cold. So make a phone call before you go or eat somewhere else to be on the safe side.

I get the times we're living in now, shortage of help, but when there are 10 cars in line...I wouldn't expect cold fries. Also, it might be helpful if they would make the milkshake too soon, because it was melting when we got it. However, it was a friendly staff and the burger was good.

Only one left around so I have some love for it. But every time I go my Frisco melt tastes different. Undercooked or garlicky, really greasy or no butter on bread...it's sad.
