alaina was my barista today and she was so incredible. she gave me a cup of whip cream for my 2 year old daughter and was just so polite and friendly!!!10/10 ??
WORST STARBUCKS ! Staff is rude EVERY TIME I come here. I tried to go out of my way last time and smile/ be positive and the staff are still RUDE. When asked to make my strawberry refresher I was told they was out of strawberries and don’t feel like going to the back to get them. I don’t know how anyone can be that mad ALL of the time. I have visited this store MULTIPLE times and never once have I ever had a decent experience and staff that wasn’t rude. I won’t be back !
WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!Every time when I go there the staff have a sullen face and not doing their job well. They never made good coffee. If I get coffee with cream, it tastes so milky. If I get black coffee, it tastes burnt coffee. They take orders wrong every time because they don’t listen what customer says. I ordered one iced coffee and they charged me for two iced coffees and I had to head to customer services in the Kroger which where they located. I wasted my time!!!!! That’s the last time that I went that Starbucks!! I will never visit again. I wish I could take the pics of my order before I throw to the garbage. HORRIBLE!!!
I usually don’t do this so the fact I felt I should warn people not to go here is saying something waited 30 mins watched 5 people get a drink before mine who were there after me messed up my drink remade it gave it to someone else i politely asked to just get a refund cause I had groceries and needed to go they told me the don’t do refunds I asked why she shrugged I said well can I get it put on a card or credit for next time again told no I said well can u remake my drink cause I still haven’t got either of mine. After all that it tasted horrible ? threw it away. Will go to Dunkin’ next time.
Hardly ever open anymore. Hours posted are not the hours they keep. Go in any time after 3 pm and they are closed.
I cant believe how often you can walk in during normal business hours and not be able to order. It happens on a regular basis. They randomly stop serving without notice to do so, or notice of when they may start again.
This place is never open when it is suppose to be and they use to make the coffee really good. There is only a young man and one young lady who now makes the sweet cream cold brews right. The rest of the time when others make them they taste like sour milk cold brews.
They served me sour milk ? i'd only come to this location in the AM. The PM workers have no motivation or joy to be there.
I was just inside waiting to order. I waited for quite a while, while employees saw me and ignored me. Then a customer told me they are closed (it’s 3:37pm). However, their hours say until 8pm? What’s the problem at this location.
My frappe was disgusting im new to the area wanted to celebrate with starbucks and then taste my drink and it taste like water instead of a vanilla Bean Frappe with Caramel taste even worse without the caramel.
