I took my negative review from a month ago off because I ventured back tonight. They redeemed themselves and the No-Dough Pizza is sooo good! There were extra employees this time, the pizza was made quickly and the there was an employee at the oven side taking the pizzas out of the oven in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly! Great pizza
Got an automated response from the owner on here so don't expect to get a response if you have any issuesTerrible service. We will not be returning to this Rapid Fire Pizza.We came in on Friday, January 29th, 2022 and told the employees of this location that me and my Grandmother were first time customers. They were very informative about their menu and their price point was fantastic. However, after we had our pizzas put in the oven, we were told by a male that our large and personal pizzas would be ready in 3 minutes altogether. After telling us this, the man serviced one other person and then dissppeared for quite some time. After 15 mins or so of our pizzas sitting there, the man came back out and boxed up our pizzas. I commented when the man gave me my personal pizza that it was cold. The man informed me that there was heating instructions on the box and that the pizza would proably be cold when I got home anyhow. He said, "It's only 24 degrees outside, it's gonna be ice cold by the time you get it home anyway." Which, unbeknownst to him was only four blocks away. We got the pizzas home and noticed that the portion sizing was extremely unporportionate and the pan pizzas we had ordered looked like ultra-thin crust pizza that you can buy at Krogers. We have contacted theCorporate Office twice now and there is still no response. We are very dissapointed and we will not be returning..!
Exceptional experience every time I go The taco pizza is my favorite but I can assure you they have something for everyone and no one will be disappointed by far the best pizza in my opinion
This location is just not very good. I have had a few bad experiences. Don’t expect anyone to help you when you contact customer service. This visit this time, we had to wait 25 minutes past our pick up time for our online order. They said they had to do the walk to do the walk in customers orders first. Then I got one item at a time as they came out because they either had to remake an item or apparently forgot an item. I only had 3 items on my order. Needless to say, my pizza was cold by the time I got to bring my food home. My only recommendation is to pass up this location and hope for the best at another location.
The Manager's are the greatest! A new assistant manager just started recently, he's great too! My favorite is the girl that just went on maternity leave!! We eat there so often she knows our names! It's really neat that they all 3 have put such a personal touch towards their customers!! I highly recommend this Rapid Fire! Lunchtime is definitely the best time to go!
First time here.... great food. Competitive prices, and the staff were great. Awesome job making a new regular customer

I’m going to rapid fire for a long time and every time it’s gets better. It’s my second favorite pizza place. The workers here are so nice. I really recommend it
Good pizza. They've cut back a bit on the toppings allowed but it's nice that they're still in business.
Great pizza and awesome staff! Seriously one of the better Rapid Fired Pizzas I've been to! +they have those super soda machines that let you choose your drink on a touch screen.
