Really bad and rude service at Rally's in Middletown I will never go there again food was terrible a young African American girl was rudest I have ever encountered at any restaurant my order was all wrong and was over charged and I will be reporting her had to wait at the speaker for 4 minutes I was polite to her the whole time and said thank you have a good day n no reply and rolled her eyes at me n never replied not one single word to me n my family she definitely needs fired!!! And I think I deserve all my food n ice creams free Really don't want the food I'd prefer to get a full refund and free ice creams for my grandchildren! I will be calling corporate!!!!
Waited in line for half an hour with 1 person in front of me. Got to window and waited another 10 minutes then when I got my food they put the wrong items in my bag. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders and got a loaded chili fry. The mushroom Swiss burgers were cold and thank God the milkshake was good for them cause I drove all the way home drinking the milkshake and didn't realize the mistake on the food til I was home. But complaining never fixed nothing unless complaining fixes Google cause they are the ones who keep asking me to rate these places lol
Had been a while and I'm glad I did. My loaded fries were made perfectly, they were exactly what I asked for and the man who took my order is obviously a G and just as cool as, yours truly. Cuz I ordered it by saying can you please make it crazy sloppy, not sloppy sloppy but sexy sloppy? Amazingly fun, it was fresh, and delicious. I wish I would have taken a pic to show others the standard to which crazy sexy sloppy (loaded) Rally fries should be held....
I normally love their food but this time the spicy chicken doubles tasted weird and they messed up the order and gave us a plain milkshake when we ordered banana
Not sure why but there are cars out the lot at the burger joint next door. I pull in here are get great fast service, fresh hot food, for the same cost. Incredibly happy with Rally's
If you want a cheap meal on a budget. Part of Fast Food Alley along Verity. They're in my Top 6 out of all the Fast Food Restaurants in Middletown.
I think this place is showing so much improvement in last few months! My family and i are very pleased wth the changes and happy to see Rallys make a come back not sure what all your doing tht has changed so much for the better but thank you rallys team we appreciate you
This place is the worst the employees never turn the lights on they try to pretend that they don’t have to do anything I sat in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and someone looked out the door to see if there was anyone and then they came to the speaker. When they take your order they are very rude as if they are bothered that your here
The food is great. I jus think they need more help. I sat in line to place my order for 10 minutes. Then I placed my order in the drive thru. After placing my order there was 2 cars in front of me and I waited another 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window I pd for my food and noticed there is only 1 register being used and only 1 person taking the orders. I think it would be nice to have one separate window to take the orders and payment. Then pull up to a second separate window to get the food. Kinda like wendy's setup in their drive thru.
They had a handwritten sign on the window advising of the hours for new years eve and new year's day... On new years eve they were supposed to open at 10, according to the sign, but 10:45 they were still closed, an employee passes by me waiting on them to take my order, and she casually says, oh we don't open til 11... They also have a very slow response time when answering at the drive thru, o have sat there up to 5-7 minutes before, and that was with no other cars in front ofe in the drive thru
