I’d give zero if I could. Waited over 2 hours for my order and it was cold when it finally arrived. I will never order from here again!!
Was able to go on Superbowl Sunday and get 8 large pizzas in time for the game they were fully staffed great job you guys had that busy Sunday better covered than the Cin Bengals offensive line had protected quarterback Joe Burrow great job
Pizza, for us is about convenience of delivery. I placed an online order and it was turned into a pick up because they were short staffed. Understandable, but defeated my whole need for convenience.
I was missing a topping on my pizza but overall it was good
our pizza was very good this time, just as it use to be 20 years ago. Dough was baked just right, toppings were ample and toppings were to the edge. most times this is not the case; therefore, would not recommend to friends. if delivery of product is like yesterdays, you would earn my recommendation as excellent.
It took over 2 hours for the order. I can understand at times it is very busy. But I received a text at 7:20pm that my pizza was out for delivery. I did mot receive the order until 8:56pm. The driver apologised for the the wait stating that she was the only driver and that the store is understaffed inside as well. The pizza was not hot and dried out. If I called to complain, It would have taken forever.
Been on hold for over a hour.. ordered my pizza online was told it'll be here at 11 15 am... it's 12:15 now still no pizza. Talked to 5 different customer service ppl who keeps so called connecting me to the store only to wait on hold for another customer service person because the actual store won't pick up!! Worst experience ever at any pizza place. And I'm still on hold
I ordered a calzone and when I received it, it was basically nothing but bread and barely no meat and the bread was really dry and didn't have much flavor. Not happy with my experience
We waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered then when we got it it was cold. Had to go to kitchen at 10:30 pm and re cook all the food you sent after paying nearly $40 I will not do that again
The worst online ordering experience I have ever had. Very time consuming and navigation was utterly confusing. Your order and check out system needs a total overhaul.
