I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and let me tell you it was amazing. The toppings were perfect, I ordered half the way I like it and half made another way, they did fabulous. The delivery driver was beyond nice and arrived early with a fresh hot pizza? we had a small order of apples pies and they were amazing we had to wait for them to cool off before we could even eat them? we will be ordering from here more often!
Pizza was perfect. They have no dining in so you have to call ahead or wait. They have door dash in the day and their-own drivers at night. As you see I could not wait to get a slice before I took phot.
Pizza was very good. I was highly disappointed they would not let us eat inside the restaurant. There were no signs stating they did not allow indoor dining.
DO NOT order from this particular Pizza Hut. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY. I ordered over the phone delivery, put all my info in, paid, and waited. They texted me saying my order is being delivered through doordash, which was weird because i didn’t associate with doordash at all. they then sent me a fake number from the “dasher” and said to call this number. obviously i call and it’s out of service. i get another text update saying “your order has been notified or cancelled. please contact the pizza hut directly” so i call and she sends me to the manager’s phone, and of course, out of service. i call back explaining that that number doesn’t work and i want to speak with someone directly and this lady does the same thing. I call for the now third time, explain my situation, and then ask for a refund because at this point it’s been 2 hours of this mess and i don’t wanna deal with it anymore. The lady tells me she isn’t able to refund me on her behalf of the phone and that i would have to speak to a manager to get that refunded. i explain that if she sends me to the manager it’s not going to work and the phone is out of service. She then hangs up on me. I filed a complaint with the Pizza Hut company themselves. and i truly to think this place is just a scam. lesson learned.
Order an extra cheese pizza, and this is what i got, a thin no extra cheese cold pizzaWaisted my money and did not got what i order,Shame on you pizza Hut,Had high expectations of you, till now totally disappointed
Ordered food at 11:23am didn’t get here till 1:10pm almost 2 hours later. Food was ice cold, I’ve ordered from here for years with trouble here and there. But the is was the last straw, I live .9 miles away and the door dash person that they use gets here after taking 20 minutes to get here from when she told me she picked up the order. It’s insanity.
Due to lack of employees it takes a long time to deliver one block away, the crew is doing the best they can and are top ranking in customer satisfaction friendliness when considering other companies in my area, I love the HUT!
Didnt Make my pizza the way I ordered it. It was cold when it was delivered. Big thumbs down.
My family orders fairly regularly from this location and this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. When I placed my order online, I was quoted a 25-35 minute wait for my 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas (and free with points breadsticks) to be delivered. I called after waiting over an hour and a half to check in with the store, just to be hung up on. The delivery driver showed up well over an hour late. The order was $35. My husband handed her a $50 and she said she didn’t have “that much change.” He clarified that she didn’t have $15 in change. She had $9 (online it stated drivers carry $20) so we had no choice but to give her a $6 tip on top of the $4 delivery fee for an over an hour late pizza. I checked the pizzas in front of her to see if they were warm- and they were lukewarm at best. The crust was so tough that we gave up on even trying to eat it. I’ve kept my receipt and plan on going to the store tomorrow for a refund. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a management issue but I won’t be returning. We’ve never gotten this service before! Just order Dominos. Don’t waste your time or your money. My kid went to sleep before it even got here. Dominos wouldn’t have done us like that. I’m done.
The pizza was overcooked... Especially the jalapenos. They were shriveled and almost unrecognizable. We did not receive the ranch we paid for. The person behind the counter was acting as though she was under the influence of some illicit substance. Our wings were not warm. Overall an incredibly underwhelming experience. Disappointingly on par with the other restaurants in the area.
