Normally I don't give bad reviews, but it's 9:40pm and the store closes at 10pm so I go to walk in for take out and the door is locked. Change your hours if your going to close the lobby early.
Never a good experience here. Disheveled, lazy workers. Usually on their phones in between customers, instead of getting ready for the next rush. The management (or lack thereof)is the same. Food is prepared over aggressively, and then thrown into a bag. Instead of scooping the fries to put into the requested cup size, the workers usually just drop some into the bag. The restaurant is always nasty. Shame on the mess. ? Visit at your own risk.
Went to Penn Station on Verity Parkway in Middletown, Ohio today. The food was on point and the staff members greeted me with smiles and they were very friendly. I will definitely go back! #PLEASED! ?
They don't answer the phone for phone orders. They got my order wrong when I ordered in the restaurant as their computer is broken and they aren't getting it fixed. Not good
Every location I've ever been to at Penn station has always done a wonderful job and this was no exception. Great food, great service and a clean environment!

This is my go to for a hot sandwhich.First place I ever had steak n cheese. Ex ban peppers, ex onion, hold the mayo and mustard, add 3 tomatoes and tons of lettuce!!!
I got a Chicken Teriyaki sub last night and not sure what they put on it but it was so salty I threw it away. I am a huge fan of Penn Station and This was the first time I ever got the Chicken. Not sure what happened, I thought maybe they put Soy on instead of Teriyaki. I will continue to eat there, great service.
Food is always great... was a little skimpy on the Philly steak even though I paid for extra.
