For 2 ppl to have dinner here, it has gotten really pricey. And the food wasn't that great and thats hard to say, because this once was one of our favorite places to dine at.I tried calling literally 14x before actually getting through. Even though I was told 15mins before it would be ready, I still waited 10 more minutes to receive my order and the fries was so salty and cold, I couldn't eat them. Needless to say, my ordering from here again will not be any time soon.
I used to eat here as a kid and was so excited to get a hot teriyaki sandwich and their awesome fries again after 20+ years. I am pleased to say they have not changed their classic taste after all this time. They have a taste all their own and the employees at this location were also really friendly. The fries are still the perfect fries I’ve looked for ever since moving to the southwest US.

First time visiting Penn Station East Coast and it was fantastic!! The turkey, bacon ranch sandwich was delicious!! I highly recommend this place for a great meal. You even get a cookie with the meal you order.
Wish you could make special requests like add lettuce oh they still can't read....and where are the rest of the fries....I paid for them.....not worth the wait....
Chicken Teriyaki was a little dry. Not as good as it has been. They could do better on adding more Teriyaki so it does not come out so dry.
The food is good and the people are nice the only think is that it takes a while for the food to be ready so we had to wait a while
Can't go wrong with Penn station. Crisp golden Fresh cut fries. The Italian sub grilled is my favorite.
The caherier who took put order was very rude he was not listening to my order a.i also asked him for American cheese on my sandwich he said we don't have cheese 'and u watched another cook put cheese on some one else sandwich, also the sandwich is cold my frys were also very sogy no positivity from the staff , also the floor was sticky with grease . Also charged us for frys we didn't ask for .
I've only ate the cheesesteak, it is amazing! Friendly staff. Floors could be cleaner and they need a drive thru.
