50/50 if the pizza is good or not , and they are quite possibly the slowest delivery service in town.And then they repay you for taking two and a half hours to deliver a pizza with a free medium cheese pizza ??. So I called to order this free medium cheese pizza. And they told me the coupon was invalid ?? I honestly have nothing good to say about this placeAnd the picture is because I didn't order through doordash ?
The Pizza I received from PJ was Amazing! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the cook was so friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Our food always takes 2+ hours to get to here and it’s always cold and nasty. They put the sauce cups in the middle of the pizza and it leaves big indents and they never make things right. We started doing pickup to avoid this and we still have the same problems we ordered a simple cheese pizza and cheese sticks and after waiting for an hour I go to pick it up and conveniently they “lost” the breadsticks because they swore they made them so I waited another 20 minutes for those and sat and listened to one of the employees complain about another employee and tell me that all of the problems we have had are because of him.
Horrible in Middletown. Waited 2 1/2 hours then called and listened to several workers joking in the back ground to find out my pizza was not even being made yet. Close the doors if you can't do better than that
It took us a time or two to figure out the DoorDash delivery from here is not the way to go, so if we wanted papa John’s we just got carry out and it worked out perfectly!! The crew in the store were working hard at getting all of the orders made and they looked extremely busy, but as busy as they were our order was done on time and hot when I picked it up!
On my last three orders with them, they were either completely wrong, way past the delivery time, cold, or had to be cancelled. Tonight was probably one of the last times that I will order from one of my favorite pizza chains just because of the service from this one location. Tonight we waited for an hour and a half then got a phone call from them saying that they could not make a extra large and asked if they could do a large instead which was ok but when I said yes they told me it would then be another two hours. Needless to say, the order was canceled and I called Pizza Hut instead with a 30 minute wait.
Order from here regularly, the wait is almost always 1-2 hours. Tonight though, not only did I wait 2 hours, but turns out after a call that they said the order was delivered, but I never received it. Ok then, cool, they'll remake it for me free of charge. Well, here we are another 2 hours later, still nothing. Call again, they say it's ready but they aren't sure when their driver(s) will be in to deliver it. 4 hours so far waiting, and as of now still waiting. It's a free pizza (thanks to a previous slow delivery I got a coupon code in the mail), so at this point I guess I'll just keep on waiting, as now I'm just amused to see how long this will take, if I even ever receive it.
Terrible!! We waited for over 2 hours for our delivery (that’s not the worst I had a heads up) then the pizza barely had sauce and we had to heat it because it was so cold it was chewy. The worst Papa John’s ever
Have ordered from this location at least 3 times in the last couple months. Pizza always takes two hours even if quoted an hour and is almost always cold. Tried to talk to manager and got hung up on three times, after finally getting through she was very rude and lied about quoted wait time. At least we were offered a credit for future order but very unlikely to order from here again.
a week ago we ordered 2 pizzas a papadia brownies and a 2 liter. when we got the food it was ice cold. didn't recieve a 2 liter we ordered. called and were told we will get a free order of same items we got. cool. so tonight we ordered. no brownies...and guess what no 2 liter again which is why we called last week. hate being this person but absolutely will not be ordering again and will not recommend!
