I came in this evening at 5pm and placed an order to go. I ordered a shrimp meal with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and also a steak & chicken tenders with Mac and cheese with a salad, also a tea. An order to take home with me. I tipped 11.00. The young lady told me 15 to 20 min for my order. They did have other customers coming in to pick up orders during this time. I see orders both on their bookcase and also behind their counter. It has been enough time to where I don’t understand what is taking so long. I go up to the counter and ask if they are finished with my order it is now 5:40pm. My order was not only ready but has been sitting up there for 20+ minutes. I’m obviously upset that nobody has bothered saying my name, nothing. I get my food and speak to the manager. I’m tell him the situation he says “well what do you want me to do about it?’” I said well idk maybe run the restaurant better, he then told ME that I was insulting for saying that. I told him that it was insulting for me to spent 50.00 on food to have it just sit on metal racks. He literally did not care. So I ended up with food that was not fresh a salad that was below all the other food so it also was hot and wilted, and a steak that was well done not med well.No I don’t recommend this place. The manager there has to be the most non-caring person I have ever met in food or retail. Just in case you are wondering they only had a couple customers in the place and people in and out for pick up. Other customers were upset about orders for pick up but none of them placed their order inside. What a waste of money.
Me and my mom where waiting at Applebee's for our 20 minute wait time when we saw this place and thought " I've never been there before, let's try it" so glad we canceled the other place because this was way better. We both got the tenders and steak. She got her steak medium I got mine medium rare but they nailed both. The whole order came out in under 10 minutes which was surprising and the atmosphere was great. I also wanted to shout out my server Kyleigh, she was the only reason I gave the 5th star. She clearly had alot of other tables but she was always right there when we needed her. The only critic I could think of was the chicken tenders could have been softer but they still packed alot of crunch that was nice. 10/10 will be coming back
This was once one of my absolute favorite restaurants, but it is horrible now. I always loved the chicken tenders, rolls, and potato soup. I had less than appetizing food on my last two visits, but we tried again tonight. We had a party of six for a birthday celebration. It was almost an empty building. The table was sticky and there was leftover food from the last party underneath our table. The food for our entire party was overcooked, dry, and almost inedible. The rolls were not the ones they traditionally serve. They were flat, cold and flavorless. Our server brought the entrees and then disappeared. She came back to ask how everything was about the time we finished. When we voiced our concerns about the food quality, she just said "ok," walked away. One person out of six got a drink refill. The people working the back of the house were moving equipment into the dining room, disassembling it and cleaning it there while patrons were eating. I really wanted to enjoy it, but it was just a horrible experience.
Delicious meal and amazing service! Felt like a local, hometown restaurant. Will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Tanisha and management for great customer service, and thank you to the back off the house staff for a yummy meal!

Our waitress was great but the food wasn't. We thought we got stale rolls so we asked of fresh and they were dried out too. My ribs and baked potatoe was cold. My husband's seafood platter was dripping with grease. The food also had a bland taste to it also. We won't be going back
It was pretty good. Came between the busiest spans of the day so got seated as we walked in and had orders taken as soon as we were ready. Food was pretty good too. Atmosphere was excellent for my personal tastes because it was flat dead when we were there. I prefer it being a ghost town honestly. Can't complain about a thing with today's visit. Everything was awesome.Nothing funny, abnormal or peculiar in the place other than myself, honestly.
My father son and youngest daughter along with my son's girlfriend came. Food was perfect! Best potatoe soup!!! Waitress didn't miss a thing! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the hostess wasn't what I would call good for the front. It wasn't busy and there was plenty of open spots. When said we wanted to sit in the big booth and she said how about a table. She never smiled and well we said no we want the booth. Any ways the rest of the visit was perfect ?????
The service has always been good. However , the food the the last few times hasn't been wonderful. I got my meal and the loaded Mac and chees was bland and hardly what I'd call "loaded". I also got chicken tenders and one of the tenders was nothing but breading. I informed the waiter who was kind enough to get me another. I wouldnt complain but for the price I expected something better than what tasted like fast food
Sometimes, the food isn't always consistent. Since moving to Middletown in October, my family have dined at ocharleys about ten times. I always get the same thing the steak and chicken tenders. Sometimes the food isn't always the same as the previous visits. Guess it's a bit or miss with how busy the restaurant is. I do enjoy the bartender here, I think he name is Jenny. Very nice woman who took the time to explain the menu and drinks on our first visit. An since returning she is always in the best mood and seems like she shows all of her customers a wonderful customer service experience! I always get the same exact drink and she knows exactly how to make them no matter what time of day or night and if it's busy or not. It always taste the same. Which is how it should be.
