The Employees are always nice and great but the overall quality is not up to par. The fries are not fully cooked all the time. The breakfast food is good but the lunch/dinner is always terrible. I use to work at that establishment back in 08-09 and I'm always eager to go back to there in the kitchen and make the food for myself. I believe it's the lack of training that they received coming in. The management needs to step up or have someone come in with new leadership to grade the quality of the food going out especially the fries.
Very clean facilities but service was lacking. The food just wasn't good. Undercooked hashbrowns and biscuits.
Never answers the phone ever . never fixes your messed up order even with receipt. Their quality has gone down tremendously . sad used to be best in middletown would rather go to verity than this place .
Incompetence to extremes. Ordered two meals and two drinks, got one meal and two drinks, returned to the window where they said that is what we ordered, so I tell them I will pay for another meal, I tell them my fries are cold from standing in the drive through with my first meal, the give me my second meal, cold fries are my problem not theirs. Chicken sandwiches have a stack of pickels in one spot, o other condiments of any kind...just a REALLY bad experience.
Mobile order makes interaction easy. Only had to wait for the soda canister to be changed for a fresh drink. Employees were kind and happy

Check your happy meals. This isnt the first time they gave me happy meals with only fries and the toy. No nuggets or burger. Their prices go up and quality goes down. ?
Not only can this place consistently get the order wrong.. I’m not sure how hard it is to put 2 pieces of meat on a double quarter pounder.. it comes in a box that says DOUBLE quarter pounder. Not once or twice but 3x…. But then when it says you close at 12am and you come through the drive through at 10:15 and everyone that works there is outside in their car doing who knows what, I guess it’s hard to get food. I’m done with this place. I’d rather go hungry than give you my money.
Best staff at any McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I go to another McDonald's or fast food restaurant I missed the quality service that this McDonald's provides. .
As Yogi Berra once said...this place is so busy nobody goes there anymore (look it up...). Long lines at all hours...I never understood why McD has two lines of cars blending into one...you'd think they would split the line after you order into small or large 0rder...the small orders would pull ahead to the window, to be quickly served,while the "half the menu" crowd would be sent around the building to wait in a numbered space...and this crew is very reluctant to "pull them ahead" when someone has an overwhelming order...so, very low marks...
