This mcdonalds is not the best. My fiancee and i have gone there several times and had issues from waiting 10 mins to order and then get to pay and told there card reader doesnt work (which was at 4am no other cars). To other times missing food, or waiting till after we order that they dont have it, instead of telling us at the window, and almost everytime being there having to wait either to order or to get our food. Not the best mcdonalds out there and really building a case for us to not to return to this mcdonalds
This location is an absolute disaster! Sit in the DriveThru for 45 minutes just for them to completely mess up my entire order and when you say something they are rude to you about it! Just the worst location ever. I had things missing, things in the bag not wrapped.. just incredibly bad on all levels. I don’t know how they continue to be in business.
Never a good experience here. Average wait times are 20+ minutes. Several people on the floor, (usually 8+), and still bad service every time. Workers are taking selfies, or on social media. The management is the worst. Rude, loud, and wild. Sloppy clothes, wild hair, and those LASHES. Food is either thrown, or catapulted to the front, where it's literally THROWN into a bag. Visit at your own risk. ??
The service was rude the staff was not friendly at all i swear the girl at the window glaired at me today ,the food was extremly offal the meat on my sandwich was not even cooked all the way the frys were very very blan and sogy we got a drive thru order from this place also the drink i had was not fresh i had a dr peper was like brown water now i am home thowing up this place needs to shut down by the health inspector or whatever hope i never have to back to this mcdonalds espablishment ever again good job mcdonalds you lost a costomer .
WORST PLACE TO WORK.the GM Sean will take two days to get you into the system but still work you (even if you don’t have shoe covers as well because they don’t care if you get hurt) and then will proceed to not pay you for those two days. Then when you call him, he will decline your calls and ignore your texts. He lets coworkers bully eachother after he told me “we care about employees and if there’s an issue you can tell us”. He KNOWS I needed my paycheck for rent and does not care that he is messing with someone’s life. Needs to be fired.
We ordered on the app a few nights ago. We opted for curbside pick up and the app said it should be out in about 5 minutes. We have two combos and a 20 piece nugget and 2 apple pies, so I can understand it might take a little longer. We were there for about 30 mins, so we called in and they said they were only waiting on the apple pies and they were about to bring it out. Another 20 mins go by and my husband goes inside to see what’s taking so long. There were several door dash drivers that said they were waiting forever and a couple ended up leaving because it was taking so long. Our food was sitting on the counter. The ice in the drinks were melted, so you could tell they had been there for a while. My husband grabbed it and once we checked the food, the fried were ice cold and soggy. The meat on the burgers were cold. The nuggets, which are normally crispy, were soggy and cold and tasted awful. We called and the manager said we could get a replacement order and that we could come in another time to get it. She took his name and said just to give them the name when we went and got it. My husband went a few ago and the manager there argued with him, being hateful saying that there were no names there that were written down for replacements. She said we had to have the managers name that told us we could get a replacement, but we were never given a name. He tried explaining that to them and the manager and the employee were both yelling at him telling him no and told him to pull forward. There is always something wrong at this McDonald’s and it’s always terrible service. We will not be returning.
Horrible customer service! Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fry in the App, opted for curbside pick up. Got there and waited 30 minutes for a lady to yell my parking place number from the drive thru window. Had to pull out of my spot, dodge cars in the drive thru to get to the 2nd drive thru window to get my food. Had I not had my window down in my car, I would've never heard her. Only explanation I got was that their doors were locked. You can't be locked in there... first off, it's a fire hazard! Second, your open for 3 more hours, why are your doors locked! I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time I've gone there, and the 3rd time I've gotten horrible service.
I worked here mold growing everywhere trash pile 6 feet long equal in high a crew member is always drunk fell down twice in one week best part is I got covid for the first time working here they let and force people to come to work sick and they promise you covid pay then dont pay you I'm wandering how much of what they have done is legal I also have pictures of the store in the above listed condeshon I just quit tonight because I cannot let them make people sick tell everyone you know the eats here they need to know what's up if it's your food you have the right to know hey they are playing games with my one dollar raise the lied about new pics
Fast with hot food. Talent in this McDonald's let me tell you. Breakfast and a shoe.. The person who makes the eggs does it all with 1 hand. This employee was very good at his/her job. I appreciate you all.
At the time of me going to this location they didn't have any pancakes ? at all they said two people came in and bought all them, I was really disappointed about that because I was in line for a long time.
