Slow af and they ALWAYS short you on something, always a long wait, usually bad customer service. If you look at all my other reviews im really not one to leave a bad review, but they have literally messed up my order 3 times in 1 week to where I usually dont get to eat because I make sure my kids have food. I will never go back to this McDonald's!

I’m not one to complain but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… 22 minute wait for a McDouble, 10 nuggets, and fries doesn’t quite sound like fast food to me… also if people are having trouble using the kiosks the answer isn’t employees walking around eating an ice cream cone telling the customer they can’t help them because they’re on break.

Incredibly rude and hateful manager. Waited 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me and give me my mobile order while they stood around and chatted. I don't understand how you can be in management and be so hateful. She told (screamed) me I should have yelled into the back and that it was my fault and how was she supposed to know. Two other people were standing with me waiting for their orders.

I usually give restaurants multiple times to get things right and I understand mistakes happen especially when it comes to fast food. The last three times I have came to this location they always forget something or make my order wrong to the point I believe it’s Malicious. For example my daughter which is 5 loves the McChicken with lettuce only that’s it (Bun,Chicken,Lettuce) done. Yesterday I ordered her one it’s was caked with only Mayonnaise. Today my daughter was extremely happy to us her gift card which she’s her “credit card” to get the number 4a plain which they did get right but forgot her Fry that comes with the meal. It looks like who ever made her sandwich had a 12 round fight with mike Tyson to get that only piece of chicken on the bun they should be embarrassed. The most common issue with this McDonald’s is they don’t give you straws with your drinks ??‍♂️ it’s constant with this location. I won’t come back to this location and if you do check your order before you leave even if it’s very very simple.

The absolute WORST McDonald around. Rarely get your order right.I was overcharged one time $15 but didn't pay attention until 2 days later when I checked my account online. Of course they wouldn't correct the mistake.They need new speakers because they can never hear you, you have to shout.

Great place food was soso but its McDonald's what do you expect. Workers was kind of rude didnt get my change correct and tried too tell me i was wrong win i said something. Good thing i csn count. 1 half stars

I had the worst experience today. I literally wasted half of my dash in here waiting for them to get a door dash order. The lady bagging was so rude and nasty. She said," Well our door dash machine must me down or your at the wrong store." So I showed her my phone on the app that I was at the correct store. She didn't apologize or nothing and continued to be rude saying, "Well I can't help it if the door dash machine is down." So I tried to explain to her that either they are to call door dash and let them know so door dash would stop sending them orders or take the order off of my phone. She continued to try to out talk me she just didn't want to do these order. Her managers just stood there for 15 minutes before they fixed the problem with getting the order but not once did the say anything to her about how rude she was being to me and other customers. This was today at 11:10 a.m.

Absolutely awful. I sat outside for my order for 20 minutes. Watched the manager and 3 other associates take 2 smoke breaks while I was in my car, waiting for my food. When I walked inside to figure out where my food was, 5 associates walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me (again, one being the manager). As I watched back into the kitchen, the manager was playing on his phone instead of helping his staff. When I finally was noticed, they asked if they could help me and said “oh [email protected]$!” When they realized how long I had been waiting. The manager gave the associate 3 coupons to give me to make up for the mistake, and then this so called “manager” ran and hid in the back so he didn’t have to talk to the upset customer.

My complaint is bagging accuracy. Yesterday I ordered 2 blueberry pies and only got one and today I ordered 2 blueberry pies again and was given 2 apple. I do not want apple because you have it all the time. I want the seasonal ones when you have them! I don't understand why it is a problem to pay attention to detail and take an extra 30 seconds to make sure the order is bagged correctly. I am a GM of a restaurant and do know we are human and make errors but seriously two days in a row and the only thing messed up in my order both days is the pies. And I wasn't given a receipt both days to be able to come back to have the error fixed. I try not to hold up and line or be extra but I guess I have to either check better or not visit your location.
