This KFC has really went down hill. The food is always left in warmer and luke warm. The managers attitude is just as bad as the food. You spend lots of money to eat there you would expect to get hot, fresh food and no attitude when you ask for fresh. I don't need a lesson in how the equipment works. Maybe this team needs a lesson in how time tags work. Disgusted!!;
Around 9:15, ordered $45 family meal. Didn't get the right chicken, didn't get the right sides, and they didn't give me a receipt. They wouldn't answer the phones and closed the store early. I wasn't the only person who was at the store trying to correct their order. Employees walking around in the store staring at me and walking away when I just wanted my money back.
I went through the drive thru one day ordered two items came away with one. Had to go back. This last trip, I requested three orders, despite repeating my order several times, I was missing an item. When having to go and ask for the missing item, I overheard someone say I did not charge her for the missing item. Both times the customer representative graciously gave me the item. The place was NOT busy on both occasions. Had missing an item happen only once to me, I would have let it slide. But twice tells me a little more attention to detail and listening is required on the workers part. The food was very good which is why I went back. I do not live in Middletown and just happen to be in the area.

food was good, but however i witnessed the manager after he took my order and touched everything, he went straight to making my food with NO GLOVES and he didn’t even wash his hands. that’s ridiculous and nasty. atleast wash your hands or put on some gloves before touching my food after touching everything else. he literally touched the biscuits and chicken strips with his bare hands. if i get covid i know why, i think health department needs to come in smh
The food was ok and the drive thru menu prices are wrong so don't believe them it's been wrong for about 6 months. They refuse to honor that price.

Food is usually pretty good, however you never get all of what you ordered, put in the bag. Super frustrating that we have no gravy, for our large mashed potatoes.Forget the line behind you... CHECK YOUR BAGS!!!
Another great and wonderful visit here at KFC. They took very good care of me and yes I will recommend they to any & everyone.
Asked for a spicy chicken with no pickle. Was given regular chicken WITH pickle. Went in and they all had attitudes, assumed something different was wrong with my burger. Told me to keep the wrong one. Then gave me the one they fixed and it still had pickles on it! The bread was also super soggy and the sandwich was hardly spicy.
