I love eating here but the amount of times they've messed up my food is unreal. Tonight was it, it was an expensive order. I ordered for 4 people and they managed to give the whole order to the wrong person. Im pist.
Ordered thru door dash, food horrible. Nothing was correct. Would not recommend the Middletown, ohio location. Employees obviously do not eat there themselves.

Poor service and hateful employees, never again will I come here! CHIPOTLE IS SO MUCH BETTERONLY CAME HERE BC CHIPOTLE WAS TOO BUSY,,,,,But of course bc it’s so much better, cleaner, and more friendly employees
I always love eating here. I get a chicken bowl with double chicken and I always have some leftovers for later. There was some trouble using my rewards but the lady was very accommodating and eventually she was able to enter it manually so that I didn't lose out on my discount. My only complaint this time was that the food was not hot however I have never had that problem before.
Fair location, I get the feeling of overwhelming grief when customers enter from a few different employees based on recent visits, however for the most part, everything is made well and most working here provide pleasant customer service.
I ordered takeout and there was no chicken on the burrito. I called and they offered a refund. They called me back 10 minutes later and said they couldn’t refund me, and said I would need to dig the burrito out of the trash to bring it in for a refund. I brought it back and the guy helping me called me a liar to my face and pulled out a single piece of chicken. He accused me of lying to get a refund and then argued with me that there was actually chicken, yet he couldn’t find any other chicken in it. Worst experience in any food establishment, you need to train your employees to treat customers better.
Fast and good customer service the food was alright it usually is better.
