Why did they open this place up if u can't go an order food..they should really close this place down its a waste of space I tried to get food today nope door dash only!! Tried to get food a few nights ago at 9 o'clock nope closed!! Tried to get food the other day they was out of something..this place really should just close down or get ppl in their that want to work
Went here 6/11 around 5pm. Tried to go to the drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes. No one answered. Decided to go in. As we circle around to park, 4 workers are all outside hanging out at a car smoking and who knows what else. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and chicken tenders. The guy at the counter gave us our bag. We get to the car and realize they forgot a sandwich. I go inside and the guy at the counter is yelling at the kitchen crew because "they made the wrong thing". Conveniently it was my other sandwich up there and I spoke up. Get home and the other sandwich (we ordered it plain) was wrong.
Absolutely the slowest fast food service ever. Waited over 15 minutes for 2 cars in front of me and almost another 5 for me. Wait for food was a few minutes. Would not recommend if you want fast food but slow food.
Wow the guy making the sandwich didn't even put the hamburger patties on my burger then made it wrong the 2nd time by not putting on the prime rib. I understand you're having a bad day but I got my money back and wont be returning.
I wish we had a Hardee’s in or near Cincinnati, but we don’t. Their chicken biscuit was fresh and delicious. Ordered a Frisco sec for my hubby. Turned around and ordered him a biscuits as well. That biscuit though. Chicken fresh. I keep repeating myself. Their food was great.
Fresh, fast and friendly. Hard to I say that cause I really don't care for them but must give props over sonic and burger king
First time eating at one of these not bad at all I recommend them.
I went there for dinner around 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve when will the restaurants were closed they were open with a happy greeting and a Merry Christmas was very happy with the employees the food was okay my fries were hard-coded kind of burnt but that's probably the only reason you didn't get a 5
This particular Hardee's is slow and overpriced. Even if you like Hardee's food it's not worth 10 bucks for a burger that takes 20 minutes to bring out to your car after they pulled you forward with no one in the drive through lane.
Food was alright, but there was no line and we had to wait to order. Then wait to pay. Then wait for the food. Which was just two burgers. Unreasonably slow, shame the food was alright. I'd like to eat there again, but I won't. Not if I have to wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers.
