Quick service and order is always correct. We visit again usually a nice experience but recently my order has been missing things like last night I was missing a fry they complained about having to break a large bill and they were not nice
Typically the service is amazing. But today I sat down and the server placed a placemat in front of me. He asked how he was doing, not me. Then rushed me to order. Someone else brought out my drink and food, I am not even sure that he works here. Because he was wearing gym shorts, and a hoodie.
Went to the one in front of Walmart Middletown. They were friendly, food was hot and fresh! Love me some coneys!
There was a blonde headed waitress that worked tonight which is February 28th on a Monday she's a very rude waitress she cussed at us and told us that we didn't leave a tip that we needed the cops to be called on us
Cant beat a 5 way and cheese coney and inside dining again good as ever
They got it wrong two times in a row. Got two 3 way supremes and didn't get supreme. Got regular 3 way. Won't go back.
Buy one get one free 3ways the day after a Bengals victory!!! Who-Dey!! The 3 ways were hot and delicious. I got carry out, the associates that helped me in Middletown in front of Walmart were very polite and helpful.

Took me and my wife and daughters out to dinner and there was only one waitress and there were 5 guys behind the counter being rude and the manager was sitting down and talking to the employees rudely. He was very unprofessional as a manager. I felt sorry for the waitress because she had no help. My wife felt bad for the waitress so we cleaned our table so it would help the waitress! I highly doubt I will bring my family back to this location. More people need to be hired so the service is not as bad as it was today.
The food was excellent and Cory and Kylie were excellent, making sure my wife and I got the service we needed
