Wrong sandwich made twice then while waiting everything else got cold and milkshake melted. Tried calling 5 times no one would answer. Not very happy spending what I spent and not eating a thing.
I saw the commercial for the new BigBoy sliders. I wanted to try them. I went through the drive thru got home opened the box to find 3 poorly made burgers! Didn't look appetizing, the buns were stale and somewhat hard. When I bit in to the burger it tasted like the stuff you scrap off the grill! I could not even finish they were so bad! I understand the shortage of workers but these should have never made it out of the kitchen.
This would have been 5 stars and the only reason it's 4 and not 2 is because the food was fabulous. The service from the staff was awesome and everything was in it's place. Plus its always an enjoyable time cuz of the company I keep and my vibe just rocks. But the inappropriate mishandling of the manager, ill assume, when I was paying to leave was rude and completely out of line with what I witnessed. I never should have seen it to begin with. How do the employees get treated and spoke to when no one is watching??? #beabetterhuman
The double fish sandwich was probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. The onion rings were a ball of uncooked rings unseperated while deep frying.
Staff were very polite, was helped in a quick like manner. The food was hot and tasty.
The breakfast bar food was 100% delicious at this location! It tasted like your grandmother was cooking a home made breakfast for you! The staff was absolutely amazing. Nothing but a fantastic experience at this location! Great job guys!
My car was in the shop so I ordered from doordash , from the notification said she picked it up till she got here it was only 7 minutes. So I had no issue with doordash or the driverAlthough this restaurant. My daughter's bun for her cheeseburger was burnt. The fries tasted like 4-day-old potato chips or something. The Big boy sandwiches were extremely dry you had to drink a half a cup of Pop to swallow one bite. And of course they got to order wrong. I can't say anything good about this restaurant. Whether my experiences inside dining or delivery it's been bad
We were very disappointed with our experience. We were told by the waitress that if we ordered a sandwich with the salad bar it would cost an additional $8.00 to the already $12.00 salad bar. That is a $20.00 dollar meal. You can go to most Steak Houses and get a whole dinner for that. The prices have gotten ridiculous..Even for what is on the salad bar, $12.00 is way to much.
Asked for crispy fries with our sandwiches and got cold barley brown fries, ? Frischs has always been a good place to eat, not so much the last couple of times we have eaten there
Received dirty silverware, took bout 15 mins to get clean ones. Waitress never came back to give us more drinks. Had to ask for them to stock the breakfast bar. The one stocking the bar didn't have hair nets or gloves on. First n last trip there. Never once did they say sorry for the dirty silverware kinda acted like it was a hassle cause I spoke up
