First time back to Frisch's in a long time, due to living out of the area. So I tried the Sliders which weren't on the menu back then and they were awesome. The best burgers I think I've ever had at a fast food place. The fries could've used some salt, but the sliders rocked and the dark chocolate strawberry shake was awesome as well.
Got a fish sandwich taste like it was soaked in grease all soggy same with the onion rings, grease tasted old. Took for ever to get waited on. Wife got the new fish and chips, I wished I would have taken a picture of it you would really laugh the fish wasn’t even probably 3” long by 1 1/2” wide seriously, talk about inflation deflation wow , and for the high prices, never again Frisch
If you are a Christian, I would recommend a different location. Not enough to feed an adult, this is after speaking with the Manager who got an attitude. After 4 "God Bless you" 's from me, she continued to want to antagonize the situation.God have mercy on team satan.?????
the food is wonderful. However I never did get offered an in store drink refill even though cup was empty for a while so I had to ask for a drink to go.
Great food. Great service! Lacey was working the drive thru and was very nice, helpful, and made sure i got my food quick, as well as providing excellent customer service! I will definitely be back.
First time the food came out everything was burned.2nd time it was better but I have never heard of anyone deep frying French Toast so it was really greasy.Had to ask for silverware.She never came back to see if everything was ok until we were ready to leave.Cooks shouting across the restaurant "foods up" is very annoying.And the 1st thing she told us when we walked in was it was going to take forever for food to come out because it was lunchtime and the kitchen was backed up. But there weren't hardly any tables being used. Worst ever!
The food was good and at the right temperature. The server was polite and kept an eye on me. She knew actually when I needed something. I will go back to this Frisch's.
Amanda the waiter was horrible and very disrespectful I am a regular at this location and yes I'm quite pickie about my food I always order hot tea Amanda brings me out a dirty spoon I had to wait 5 mins for my spoon tea wasn't as hot but it was okay Then my food comes while Amanda laughing and talking with staff my food is sitting in the window getting cold today March 15th I go in there for breakfast she brings me plastic silverware and also was very rude to me cause I complained on her yesterday bout my service I didn't mention I drop my bun to my Big Boy she ask for 1 leave it in the window I ate my fries pass 1/2 gone before she decide to get my bun for me Thanks to another waiter and the cook The cook ask another waiter to bring my bun out to me how do you people have her working I'm a regular customer at that location and her service and representing Frisch's is not a good look on you guys
Their chili is so greasy it is disgusting. It used to be delicious with plenty of beans. I think they replaced the beans with pure grease. I have a picture of the solidified grease. (I had to put it in the refrigerator so I could remove it before eating.) I would provide a picture but I don’t seem to have that option. It isn’t just this location. It is all of them. They are going downhill since they got new owners a few years ago.
All Frisch's have really gone downhill since Covid. Bad service and for the price of a bigboy fries + salad bar I can get a Crablegs or Steak dinner someplace else. They have also removed French dressing from the Salad bar. No french dressing. No me.
