Asked for light ice, they added extra ice (to be petty I guess?)Took most of the ice out and was left with a med. coffee when I paid for a large.I don't ask for light ice to get extra coffee or to be difficult, the ice hurts my teeth.I previously gave this place 5 stars but the last few weeks the service has been horrible. If they ever get it together again I'll change the rating.
Love Dunkin I go in there about 4 times awk when I can afford me a Frozen Mocha frappe. There Delicious & they never Forget the whipped cream or my Expresso shots. Great Customer Service and there fast. Good job Y'all
My adult son told me he'd never had Dunkin' Donuts. He LOVED DD! He said he's NEVER had such wonderful ice vanilla coffee and that he'll NEVER go to Mickey-D's again!
Staff nice polite but I get shorted. On my order take the time to check them I ever you hand out make sure its correct in didn't have time to return or I would have
Coffe is made right 2/3 of the time, and don’t use the OTG program if your not already there. They make it as soon as the order is placed and which case they are not supposed to. You are supposed to be able to place an order up to 24 hrs in advance and this is the only one who doesn’t follow it even though there are others in the same district following the rules. (I actually use to work for Monroe dunkin which is owned by Gillian oil which owns middletown too)
This was my 1st time in my life, going to a Dunkin Donut's. The selection was poor, the donuts tasted like they had been frozen too long, like Kroger's, dried out and so stale, donut that I had, snapped into like a dry rotted piece of old foam rubber.
They forgot to add coffee to one of our lattes. My friend had straight cream and sugar to take to work. Let’s just say she had a stomach ache the rest of the day because we didn’t have time to stop for another. Thanks Dunkin. Also they pretty much just don’t put coffee in their drinks. You’re getting basically sugar and cream. I’d your drink is almost white, please be aware it’s laziness so they don’t have to Brew more during rush hour. Manager needs to step it up and keep an eye out
Morning staff are always quick and on top of it. Afternoon staff is a coin toss on what you get. The only thing horrible here is the parking lot and drive thru, it's literally the worst location for a drive thru. Parking lot is super super small, and it's a battle every morning it's a struggle and things get backed up with folks trying to park and navigate coming off the busy busy street.
I tried the Iced Mocha latte. It was good. We both tried the Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher. I didn't like it much but my daughter loved it.
Love my dunkin, I go usually week days after the school drop off line. Very friendly staff always a pleasure! I order the same exact thing everyday and it's perfect every time!
