I constantly have issues of them forgetting my salads. When calling about it again tonight I was greeted on the first call by a male who definitely don’t know how to handle an angry customer complaint properly! After being hung up on the first call tried calling back and kept getting hung up on. Finally I spoke with the manager and I got sent the ceaser salad instead of the garden salad without them even asking if that would be ok! I USED to eat here all the time but the discounts aren’t worth this! I’ll find another pizza place to eat!
Like what the h*** happened domino's pizza it used to be a good place to work and used to have friendly employees now they've all went to h*** ordered from Middletown they ate rude as h*** ordered from Blue Ash they are rude as h*** and lie on you if domino's keep this up they're gonna lose business. I spend way to much money at dominoes to be treated like this everything I place an order
I’ve never has a problem with this dominos. Great service and always on time with the right food, cooked perfectly.

Good is always fresh and delivered very fast! Very clean store and the staff and delivery drivers are always so nice!!!
Placed my order online. Called the store with a small request, was on hold for 7 minutes and then was hung up on. Called back again and was on hold for 23 minutes. Finally gave up because the delivery driver was at my door. Ridiculous to spend 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a employee regardless how busy you are.
I just waited 3 hours for 2 pizzas and a 2liter + another 20 because they forgot my 2 liter and still payed full price. Ridiculous. Get it together dominos.
I will start by saying that they were extremely busy, but also appeared to be very well staffed. My order was ready on time, but was one pizza short. The person that greeted me when I arrived and helped me check out didn't even notice. There was no apology offered. From the time my receipt said my order was payed to the time my missed pizza was handed to me was 28 minutes. My initial order was promised in 20 minutes. The 3 pizzas and bread that were ready when I originally arrived sat the entire time. Those items was not as good as the forgotten pizza by the time I was able to eat, obviously. Total lack of empathy from the counter help and the person that I am assuming was a manager that was asked what to do about the missed pizza.
Horrible experience, cold food and Multiple orders screwed up and only thing they offer is a order credit or an over an hour wait to have order corrected.
I order lunch for my company here Atleast once a week. The sweet lady at the window always makes sure we are taken care of. Thanks for being awesome you guys!
