I ordered 2 large pizzas at 2am. When ordering I provided my cellphone number, so they would call me once the driver arrived. After about 2 hrs I called back and was told the driver was on his way. Driver never showed up. I called back and was intentionally hung up on me about 3-4 times. I’m now hungry AND sad.5/29/2022
We had deluxe pizza's here last night. They were awesome. So, we ordered them again, tonight. Different story. First, Large Deluxe, was scarcely sprinkled, with toppings. Not consistent with last night's. I paid for green olives, to be added. They, were just as scarce. Second large pizza, was to be half, of one side, deluxe, with green olives added. The other half, was to be, only pepperoni. Instead, scarce on deluxe toppings no olives. The only pepperoni side had green olives added and loaded with them. Needless to say the pepperoni side was for a 3 year old autistic child who has a problem with olives. Manager was not in store person said that manager would be back at 10pm. Did not do me any good. Had to go to McDonald's to get Happy meal very disappointed.
They messed up my order and when I called to tell them I wanted a new pizza the manager argued and told us that if they bring a new pizza we’ll have to pay not only the delivery fee again, but the pickup fee too. All together it was $13 to get a new pizza that THEY messed up. This has happened more than once. They NEVER own up to their mistakes.
I ordered a pizza two and a half hours before they closed and they told it would be 45 minutes. I called after an hour and a half they told us that it was on the way. Waited 30 more minutes and it never showed up. Asked again another 30 minutes later and they it was on the way. The pizza never showed up and I was just waiting for it to be at my house for 2 and half hours. I’m not trying to be a Karen but I don’t recommend this place!!
Subjective opinion:Pizza is great & appealing. However, delivery takes too long.Delivery tends to be 45-60min.Quite long if compared to other places that can get it to you in about 30-40 min.Once again, this is my personal opinion.Update: 2/27According to managers, pizza delivery is between (one hr- one hr & 15min)Delivery time is only an estimate so delivery could take longer.Wow. Just wow.

By far the best pizza place in Middletown! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the pizza always comes really fast, even on Friday or Saturday nights. I can’t say enough about this place. Donatos is my favorite pizza, but the Middletown donatos is garbage because of their staff. Rude to the core. I’m so glad I found cousin vinny’s!! They’re the best
Some of the best darn pizza I've ever had! Their cheesy bread and giant cookie are delicious as well.Have ordered many times and will continue to order again in the future.Prices are great for some of the highest quality food.
