I went in to pick up my food. While standing there I saw a mouse behind the lady that worked there. I told her about it.she had a employee catch it and he did..I am torn between saying anything, but at the same time I wasn't able to eat my dinner. It really bothered me that the lady didn't try to compensate me and at least apologize to me for it....she never said one word to me about how I felt about the incident...she could of said or done something..hey why not offer me a free meal..to me it seemed like she didn't care about me the customer. I wasn't going to say anything, but it has been weighing on me heavy...so if you don't mind mice in your food, trying it out first for you then enjoy...truly I probably wouldn't even of said anything if she would of apologized or compensated me....no she showed to me that she really doesn't care...sorry to the people at the restaurant, but I can't ever eat their again..m
I ordered my family's dinner at 930 this place tole me 30 to 40 min at 1117 pm they call my phone and ask if I wanted to pay the driver on my credit card I told them no I had cash for a tip the dinner was 90dollars so they let my food sit for over an hour because I didn't tip from my card that is horrible customer service I always order from here and for you to treat us with disrespectful actions shows you really don't need to be delivering food at all this was a horrible experience
We have been getting food here for 2 decades and have always been happy with the food and service.
I have been going to this place regularly for the past 2 years, today ordering the same order every time. This evening I ordered my usual and the order was incorrect. I called to let them know, letting them know I had an evening work call and it wasn't convenient for me to return this evening and asked for a future credit on my next order. The young man rudely told me that whenever I did come in for a replacement to make sure I brought the incorrect food with me, he didn't care if it was a week later, to bring it back. I decided to be late for my meeting and took the food back immediately - insisting on a refund and have decided never to go back. For one, I am a regular customer, secondly that is absolutely disgusting. Someone probably was given that same order that I took back because they are SOO CHEAP. I will never eat here again. They've lost my business.

The Chinese restaurant I’ve been going to for years. They’ve always delivered to my address and all of a sudden they can’t deliver to me anymore which doesn’t make sense when they were here two weeks ago.Communication is key and if you can’t have communication with your staff then there needs to be adjustments.
Still excellent. Our food is always ready to go and always vary tasty and hot.
