Wouldn't refund the money for the food that was cold and dried up . I can not believe they would not refund the money . I also took photosI would have not let me dogs eat what they served usTook the food back but wouldn't return the money . So they got the food back and the money . I do have photos of the food with the receipt. This is a nasty place to eat . The people's attitude is just as nasty.
I ordered a family meal with 2 sides. Waited in the drive thru for over 25minutes. Then got home and did not have my sides. I called and they said there was nothing they could do for me because the manager made them close early and they threw away all the food. I was told to come back the next day to get a refund.... They were not open!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CAPTAIN D'S EVER AGAIN!! If I could give them zero stars, I would have!
I never know when their open. Their food is good and long john silvers is not here anymore. But how can i get seafood, if their always closed? Very frustrating. The hours on google are wrong, and have been since covid. They didnt open today until 4:30.
I ordered the grilled tilapia meal with green beans and rice. The rice was crunchy and the green beans tasted like dollar store brand out of the can. The grilled fish came highly over seasoned and I ordered it plain. Captain Ds used to have the best green beans and everything was always fresh. Boy have they went down hill.
Day shift staff is RUDE as hell, and NOBODY SHOULD WAIT 25 MINUTES for an order!!! They pull people and have them park and leave them sit while drive thru stays moving. Need new employees, new management, or just shut the place down because CUSTOMERS should NEVER be treated this way!!!!
Some workes are rude and when getting a dash order to deliver you go through the drive through to get your order to deliver they tell you to pull around and I sat there for an hour before I called and told them I've been waiting and how long would it be and still sit there waiting another 20 minutes before even getting the order to deliver. I really dont even recommend going and getting your own order here because you sit there at the drive through forever waiting on your food.
Worst service ever. Made an online order and I get there and they tell me it never went through so I pull around and wait for over 30 minutes and tried calling them but no answer and now i have been waiting over 45 minutes to get an order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Never going back again.
It absolutely keeps blowing my mind how this location is unable to get a order correct. Captain D, you owe me so much money for the items I never received. My fault for keep giving you chances. No more!
Slowest drive thru I have EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. and if your going to reply OH no blah blah blah how bout you do your job as management and fix what all these people are complaining about on here. RIDICULOUS
