Haven't been to BK in a long time because the food was rarely ever above room temperature. I ordered a Jr Whopper meal in the drive through. The sandwich was just above room temp, the burger had probably been sitting around for too long. It's the same old cold food and dirty restaurant that I remember. One employee was out by the drive through smoking and threw it in the mulch and he looked like he just got out of jail. Back to Chicfila with hot food, good service and clean restaurants. RIDICULOUS!!
Check your bag before you pull off. Order was wrong, they did fix it. Food was alright, would have been better if it was fresh.
The crew is great! The prices are awful Rodeo burgers just increased in price by 30 percent. Other Burger Kings are way better in pricing.even with inflation. Avoid and boycott
It's the B.K. lounge with a B.K. broiler, I've always been able to get a vanilla milk shake with my meal unlike that other place that's machine is always down. Yeah Mcdoodles I'm talking about you.
Obviously you're not going to expect filet mignon from Burger King, but damn I love the taste of their burgers above the rest of the fast food options. Always have. Whether or not every experience with this place has been pleasant is really each's own personal experience. I've had good and bad both here, but overall I've been happy more times than not. And it still beats the other places in town for burgers.It doesn't beat taco bell though, cause that's mah sheeeyit. As for their order accuracy anymore, we'll that's for an entirely separate review.
Food was hot and fresh...did not have a receipt as usual at did not seem to add up
The truth is, this Burger King location never was that good. Average at best. But in more recent months it can't get orders right or even make decent iced tea. What you do get tastes like it had been made the day before. Other BK locations are very good; but as for this one, I won't waste any more time or one more dime.
First my husband had to ask to be waited on. Was given our food in to go bags, because he wasn't asked if it was for here or to go. Very quite today, no music or t.v. on. Staff was concerned if family members coming in and customers.Not sure what has happened to this store in the past 30 years when I grewUp here, but this is horrible.up
If I could not give this franchise a single star, I would. First, we start ordering, and without apologizing they told us that the soda machine is down and they only have shakes and slushees. Okay, that’s fine whatever. So we continue placing our order, and it’s like they weren’t listening to us whatsoever. Double charged us for two sandwich meals when we only ordered one. Asked for a shake- since no soda- got a water which overall is fine since I didn’t get charged for it. But still, the No listening part comes back into play. Asked for the sandwich with no pickles, got pickles. Something needs either fixed with your system to actually hear your customers correctly, or you need staff who’s actually paying attention. Plus the fries were cold and stale, whilst the chicken was also cold (which can be hazardous due to bacteria growing on food not being kept at proper temperature). This was truly an incredibly awful experience.
