Well I used to come here for the Southwest salad but they discontinued it, so I opted for the Cobb salad...big mistake. The only flavor was the bacon, the tomatoes were sliced so thin you could see thru them and all together a tasteless salad.I should also mention when I came in, there was no one to greet you, later 2 of the staff walked up, and didn't acknowledge me at all and then walked away, hmmm. They were not very busy so as I'm about to walk out someone asks me if I wanted to be seated and decided to sit down for a meal. Unfortunately the only thing good about my meal was the waitress, she was pretty awesome. And I really liked coming here but without the Southwest salad, I won't be.
Well.... Service was pretty fast & friendly at the bar.The Beer was cold and fresh.The Bourbon/liquor pours are REALLY REALLY weak. Even while using a marked shot glass pourer the shots are barely the amount asked for while paying a premium price... Most bars would fill the shot glass till it overflowed then pour it into a glass. Not here. Stop the pour before it hits the edge then dump it in the glass. As in a 2oz pour wasn't even close to '1' finger deep in the rocks glass.To be fair that seems to be the standard at every BW3. Trying to squeeza every penny and drop from the bottle.SMH

I love this B-Dubs , I guess you could say I’m a regular ! I sit at the bar every time and the bartenders are AMAZING, I’ve been to other stores but this one is the best B-Dubs around. Everyone is so kind and friendly and the food is ALWAYS made right. Can’t ask for anything better !
Ordered take out. Cheese curd bacon burger and fries. Sure would've been nice to get the top part of the hamburger bun. Other than that it was good.
Poor wing quality. Bought there last night. The wings were over cooked and most of them were broker. Problem with chicken is when it's cooked the bones can splinter. Possible oil hasn't been changed. On top of that the take out serve was like a wall of negative energy. Very unpleasant to order from
We have come to this specific bdubs multiple times and have wonderful service everytime. But this time it was AWFUL!! All she did was get us our waters then did nothing after. She didn't even give us silverware. Then I asked for another water and she said "Sure!" Then came back and handed us our check. Never got my water. Took her 30 minutes to even come back and take the check. Once again STILL NO WATER!! At first I was like ya know maybe they are short staffed. No. We both saw her just standed talking to the other workers. If you get Katherine as a server, ask for someone else.
Wait wasn't bad, bathrooms could be cleaner. Food was out quick.
I had the All American cheeseburger lets just call it the grease burger because that is all you taste. No flavor at all even with all of its topping the best part of the meal was the soda and service. I will not be eating here again.
I had a carry out order and the kitchen made it wrong, which is understandable because it seemed pretty busy, but a young girl named Raegan was very respectful and helpful about getting the problem solved. Very good customer service as it was not her fault that they made the wrong wings in the back but still tried her best to help out.
