I will never order from this place again!!!! Terrible customer service from the general manager!!! I called to complain about the chicken I received. I ordered chicken tenders and got a cluster mess of chicken. Very dissatisfaction and I will never order from them again!!!! Was passing through for the Browns’ Game & randomly discovered this gem!! Very cute place with kind staff (whoever was working yesterday is a literal angel!), great prices and even greater pizza! The crust is really cool!! ? Definitely going to make a trip back. ♥️10/10
I've been in Mentor 2 years now. I've had some pizza and this is, in my humble opinion, the best delivered pizza in the area. You gotta get the garlic butter dipping sauce to dip the crust.(Unless, you're deluding yourself that your on a diet when you leave the crust uneaten. Hello!!! You ordered a pizza!!! Pizza ok.. but not surprisingly that the girls were wearing no mask and gloves... that the girl in back wiped her nose on back of her hand.. unsanitary

The owner of the franchise called me to apologize for this issue. It seems that the recent changes in corporate menu resulted in confusion by the person who took the order. We have resolved this issue and I thank her for her personal concern.I am a frequent customer and typically the food is great and delivery is reasonable. Tonight (6/3) I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and a Turkey Club Melt Wrap. I received two Zeppe's Original Wraps with tons of processed lunch meats and a nasty Italian Dressing. When I called to tell them that I did not get the right order I was told that they delivered what I ordered.Not at all what I expected. Fortunately I had something in the freezer so I won't have heartburn all night.
Good food but super rude employees. Some of the worst I've seen imo. Also wearing no masks in the middle of a pandemic smh. Not a one time thing either.
I’m impressed with how fresh my food was, considering I ordered through DoorDash. I can tell they waited until the dasher arrives to prepare my meal, and it was delicious
