Wife and I are here once a week for dinner. The bartenders are awesome at the Mentor location, and must be a great place to work because I've seen the same faces for years. Their buffalo chicken wrap is my go-to, while she usually gets their quesadilla. But, now that the steak and asparagus salad is back she had a tough time choosing. Really this is a great location for dinner or a group.

Ordered a large deluxe pizza and pretzels may 15 th 2022 picked order up got home which is 8 min away to a wet soggy doughy pizza couldn't have been cooked all the way through. Pork on top had to be scraped off it was gross n pink. Had to re cook longer but the crust was paper thin didn't change it much. Pretzels were hard and cheese sauce was thick cold n not soft. Never have I experienced such bad quality from here nor will I ever. There is no excuse for this we wont be patronizing here anymore. I didn't even bother calling restaurant either making it up wouldn't help because it shouldn't have happened in first place.

St. BADDIES DAY at Winking Lizard in Mentor. Our server is nice, but clearly overwhelmed. I'm wondering where the manger is.Been waiting on our refills for a while. And finished our appetizer 5 minutes ago. And still waiting for a our server to come back and take our order. We wanted to order before the app came but she was super busy and could n it make it back. NOT HER FAULT, MANAGEMENT'S FAULT.There is NO sense if urgency, and most tables had to ho to the bar for refills and to ask for their server. SOME had our server as well but others had a dark haired girl.We got sat out side at 545pm and it's now 650pm still no food or refills.

Ordered chicken wings for takeout, wings were severly overcooked. Called store to see if they could do anything for me and the manager on shift pretty much told me "this is the way we do things now." This is now the second time I've gotten overcooked chicken from this location, I won't make that mistake again.Cajun (wet) wings from winking lizard were my favorite wings around but I won't ever return to this mentor location. This food literally went into the trash because my wife and I couldn't eat it. Taste like it went Into a microwave for a long time. Manager just told us to we were S.O.L because they were closing.

one of the better Winks for food. great staff.

We usually love eating here so I was really surprised. The food was just not good, and our server was less than friendly, and seemed annoyed when we asked for anything. They were busy, but it looked like they had lots of servers. Despite that, the people seated behind us got up and left because no one ever came to check on them, despite being there for 20 minutes. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Ordered a steak medium rare. It was thin (1/2 as thick as my son-in-law's), tough, and medium well to well done. Service was good.

Chicken enchilada soup was good. Potato skins nice and meaty. Good chicken and hamburger sandwiches.

The service was great. We came at a busy time but the waitress gave us great attention. Food was done well and was presented nicely.

They were a little slow seating us, but with places being understaffed from the pandemic, it's to be a little expected. The staff was friendly and attentive, we didn't wait long for our food long and everything was delicious.
