Place looked nice. Food was okay only. Fries were not hot. Cashier seemed new and did not greet well.
Been here before and everything was great. This time was pretty bad. Food was luke warm asked for ketchup on my jr bacon cheeseburger. Got mustard instead. Really bad
We arrived in the dining room wasn't open... It opens at 11:00 a.m. the person taking her order was very nice even though the person who ordered the food got confused. It was not the order takers fault at all. The order was correct hot and yummy.
Ordered food through the drive thru on our way to youth group. Grabbing a quick bite after work for dinner. Ordered food and pulled away. They had forgotten a full order! Cheeseburger and fries. Ended up with nuggets we did not order and not even any sauce for them. Had to pull back around and wait in line since their dinning room is closed!! Very unhappy!!
I had a terrible order by this location. It was bad enough that I had to send a complaint in. Not a thing was done or any response or effort was made to resolve it. This location would be one to avoid if you are looking to get even a decent meal.
Food is better than most Wendy's in the area. Sometimes the fries are soggy but the sandwiches are always fresh.
The food was cold nothing had been warm. I don't know if it's due to myself and my partner picking 4 for 4 specials but nothing was worth the $4 to me. And it's cold outside which is where I work so I wanted hot food.
I love Wendy's because the food is made pretty fresh and the meat is real and not that fake junk soy or what ever. I would chose this over any fastfood restaurant. That's until I had 5 guys yesterday OMG ! That was the best darn burger I've ever had in my 50 years of life.. wow
Food good, fries excellent, I am giving 3 stars only because it was so cold in the restaurant. It actually made the food cold right away. Staff all had jackets and hoodies on. Maybe the gas bill wasn't paid or customer's not welcome in dining room.
My family and I came thru the drive thru one night and I was drinking a can of Dr. Pepper. When we got to the window for our food we were told our food would be right out. We then sat there for 15 min and watched as the employees inside were acting strange. After awhile they came to the window and gave me our food. As soon as we pulled off two police cars pulled us over. They stated that someone called and reported that I was drinking and driving. When I showed that it was a Dr. Pepper can they apologized and said we were free to go. Come to find out it was the Wendy’s employees who called the police and reported that I was drinking and driving. Not only did we get held up for no reason at all once we got home none of the food that we ordered was made correctly. My wife emailed the district manager and didn’t even get an apology in return but a generic message saying he would “dig into “ this matter and address it accordingly . I am highly disappointed and Wendy’s will never get my money again. I guess drinking a Dr. Pepper while being black is a crime to them!
