Good food. But since covid not as much fillings and the nacho bowl is 1/3 smaller at an increased price. Sometimes not even much cheese. Nacho dip needs cheese. Maybe less sales due to less product done wrong now. Clean on the outside. We never went inside. Burritos had Littlefield g and wrapped, so bad it was open and stuck food on wrapper and not in burrito.

Ordered 2 12 packs of tacos, 1 all hard, 1 all soft and 2 Baja blasts. On screen I was almost charged for 3 different combos I didn't ask for and when I said something about it, a woman yelled am me saying "I'M HANDLING IT". The rudeness is not even the big problem, my problem was that Is that when I was offered sour cream and nacho cheese and I declined they told me my total was 39 at the window. I pull up to the window and she asks again if I wanted sour cream and nacho cheese on the side because she forgot. I declined once again. I received my drinks, then food, then finally the receipt. I check the receipt when I get home and it comes to 51$ dollars because I was charged for $12 worth of sour cream which I didn't order. This is just one experience here, and the past ones are not that great either, if you want taco bell go to a different location.

Fastest taco bell in Lake County and it isn't nasty inside like most others I've been to. I deliver for Uber eats on the weekends so I should know. The lady working the drivethru is amazing! I always get my sauce and she isn't rude like most fast food places. Only downside is it can get busy at times.

If you want Taco Bell, go to a different location. The food is honestly okay, though not up to usual Taco Bell standards. But the worst part about this location is how often they forget part of your order. I have had them forget something three time now! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times, but after the third I just can't go here anymore. In addition to forgetting parts of the order, they take forever to acknowledge you if you go inside to tell them about the forgotten items.

Staff is always pleasant and fun, and I love that when I ask for extra hot sauce, they deliver! Orders always accurate. Thanks guys!

The takeout window was very busy but seem to go quickly. As you pull up to the drive-thru window the outside drive just below their take out window was disgusting. So many packets of sauces laying on the ground smashed from cars running over on them it just look like everybody threw their garbage out and the staff didn't really care about cleaning or making it look presentable. As we got home we were disappointed to find that everything was just thrown into a big bag and was smashed together and sticking to the paper. Just didn't look like much care was given in preparation of the tacos or pizza. Try to work on the extra Little Things staff means a lot to a customer.

I gave this taco bell a 5 star a month ago but tonight was the worst experience. The 6 people in line took over 20 minutes of waiting. The employee(s) were laughing into the intercom while I was ordering. They said they were out of Mexican pizzas because the person before ordered the last one which sounded like they didn't want to make it. I ordered 12 soft taco superemes. Then heard him sigh... They did not make them Supremes which I found out when I got home. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme that was just lettuce and sour cream barely any cheese or meat and no tomatoes. Gave us all the food in a box without a receipt. Wondering if they even have a manager working at all. I have never had an entire order completely messed up like this before anywhere.

This has got to be the best taco bell in the area. The customer service is always top notch, the employees are very friendly AND they do their job (which is more than I can say for the other taco bells in the area). They load you up on items, the customer definitely comes first here.

Good food ?. Well made and made to order. The personal could have been friendlier. If you have a mobile order, they don't even greet you at the window! I'm disappointed they use to have nicer ? people. These are ill trained!

I ordered 2 steak Crunchwraps and 2 bacon Crunchwraps came on the screen.I asked about my order on the screen and she said that I was not seeing my order (assuming she was noting about the steak).I got my food, 2 bacon, 0 steak.
