So, this is the 2nd time we have been to this location, and we ordered nachos with cheese, and the chips looked old and tasted like poison. The soft taco supremes had a weird taste to them, and it appeared they didn’t have any regular shredded lettuce on them. The chili cheese burritos weren’t folded correctly, and half of the stuff was inside the wrapper. I don’t foresee my family and I ever coming back to this location because it is poorly run. You can never get a hold of anybody even if you try to call, they wont answer. They don’t change their oil for the nacho chips because they taste like chemicals. Also, the man at the window had left the window open after we paid, and we could hear him grouching about customers calling in and complaining. Well, nobody would be complaining if things were being managed correctly. This was another horrible experience, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.
This is the “steelyard commons Walmart” of Taco Bell. Every time I drive thru there is always a reason that they cannot operate, as normal. Many times this location is “cash only” because they claim to have computer issues. Other times, they close for 15 minutes in the middle of a shift change and will not take your order. If I held my breath in hopes of ordering every time I try to go through the drive thru, I’d need an ambulance. It has become a running family joke how bad this Taco Bell location is. Don’t get me wrong, it is NOT the employees. The owner/manager are clearly neglecting this location.
its a good thing i cant post pictures and show how LITTLE beef i was given on both the nacho bell grande and my actual taco. However, I cant give a super critical rating as this is only one mistake from a usually promising establishment. Also, prices are pretty high for some of the menu items. They’re advertised as around $6 for a combo, but once you get the drink included with the combo it goes up to $9
Taco Bell needs to do something about their staffing. Give people better wages and incentives to work. This store is clearly suffering and often has only one person working during rush times, or is just closed in general when it says open. I don't bother coming here anymore.
I ordered the Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito.. I'll be honest, I love how soft the tortillas are here but they didn't cook the rice enough and I kept biting down on rock hard raw pieces ? that ruined the whole burrito

It never fails at this Taco Bell every single time you go between 940 and 1015 they can’t take any orders because they’re doing shift change. sounds to me like they’re probably all in the back farting around. I’d avoid this friggin Taco Bell if I were you till after 1030 and even then it’s wishy-washy. If I was Taco Bell id be embarrassing and get new night staff.
WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. FOR THE SECOND VISIT IN A MONTH THEY DID NOT GIVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ITEMS! LEARN HOW TO COUNT AND FOCUS ON YOUR JOB!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Don't water your time. Able to charge me correctly but can't get my order right or put all the items in the bag. Don't think your going to get napkins if you order food here
I will never patronize this particular establishment again. I placed an online order, picked it up at the drive-thru, and upon arrival home found it to be horrendous. One order was totally wrong and missing listed ingredients. The burrito supremes had hardly any taco meat nor other listed ingredients. The 12 pack of soft tacos were beyond horrible. Barely any taco meat, and the soft taco shells were stale and hard. Unbelievable…I strongly recommend you never patronize this location. It’s quality control is non-existent. Taco Bell corporate should terminate this franchise owner’s license.I should have read the reviews of this location prior to ordering. My issues regarding the total lack of quality control in this particular establishment are apparently very commonplace. It’s unfortunate Taco Bell Corporate has not stepped up and taken care of this I.e. revoking the owner’s license and shutting this location down…
