I wasn't prepared for such a soothing voice in the drive thru speaker. It took me off guard, but in a good way. Then, I pulled up to the window and, again, was met by incredible calm. Listen, the two baristas I interacted with were so pleasant, I might go back just for the nearly medical grade dose of kindness.
When this place open up at this new location they were open til at least 10pm everyday.. now it's until 3pm sun-thurs and 8pm fri-sat. It's kinda disappointing no evening coffee after work.
It’s been so nice having my items made correctly. I’ve only had one mishap since I’ve been visiting again.

I always stop here when I go to Willoughby. The baristas are great! NEVER a mistake, and always friendly. Give em a RAISE?????????

My husband and I love this particular Starbucks location (Heisley & RT 20) and our favorite barista is Kat! We like our beverages without any sweeteners because we get all the sweetness at the window with her! Kat’s enthusiasm every time we’ve been there never waivers! We just love her!
Drove 20 minutes to receive an old coffee that was ice cold! I do not appreciate being given someone’s mistake that sat until it was ice cold! Worst Starbucks
It's Starbucks. What else is there to say except mcdonalds is almost as good and a LOT cheaper. Lol
Not only did it take 30 mins for 3 cars ahead of me they got my entire order wrong. Which shouldn’t have been hard considering it was one coffee. And i didn’t have time to go in and fix it because it took forever to get said one coffee.
