Google listing said open for dine-in. Went inside and ordered. Went to sit down and there were signs on tables that indoor dining was closed. There was no sign on the door…just on tables. I feel duped. Now I have a drink and nowhere to work.
Its cheaper to lick the tar from the road. Not sure how such burnt, bitter coffee is so popular

Why do we need 50000 Starbucks in Mentor?! It's good and the employees are nice but I don't think we need this many wasting space when we could have other things.
Amazing service and drink
I was at the door at 7:58pm. Doors were locked. Supposed to close at 8pm. There was an employee mopping the floor and just smiled when I tried to open the door! Frustrated!!!
Got some coffee here and some lemon cake
this is the fastest service i have ever received at a starbucks. no drive thru so only pickup is available but its not a hassle at all
