I ordered a chicken teriyaki, extra chicken meal through DoorDash and was disappointed to see that the portion of my meal was significantly smaller than the meal I used to get when I’d go there in person and it was certainly not extra chicken which I paid extra for. I was also disappointed when I tasted the very bland food. It tasted as if there wasn’t even teriyaki on the chicken at all. I assumed the portion size was because it was a to go order through DoorDash and assumed the taste was because there wasn’t an option to request a scoop of sauce on top. However, after reading other recent Google reviews, it appears that this is the new trend with them. Smaller containers, which means smaller portions, but same price and pretty plain, bland flavored food. Dumplings were decent though. Used to be a favorite food place to go. Bummer.
Very good and Good price for what u can get.
Still the same great taste however they have drastically changed the size of the meal. The new containers appear to be half the size they used to be and they are charging the same price. I'd prefer a price increase with the same portion that was served.
The food is amazing and the staff was even better.
I use to love this place and now it’s just over price, flavorless and nasty. Thought I had Covid because, I could not taste a thing! No I Didn’t, my daughter said the same thing…it was the nasty, mushy rice and watery sauce…. even the chicken had no flavor?What a Shame.??? Must Be the New Cooks or Something? But I Won’t Waste My Money There Again! This is Not Japanese Food.???
Hands down!! The Best Japanese Quisine in the area. Had Teriyaki beef and shrimp. This is the best I have ever had. I will return again.
