Picked up takeout. That was a mistake. One good thing was the biscuits. Everything else was like it sat around all day. Here is my side Cesar salad ….
My family and I decided on this Red lobster location for my birthday. BAD IDEA my daughter and I both ordered pasta and we both had completely disgusting hair in our food....AWFUL manager walks by(completely not dressed as a manager should be but ok) we get his attention discuss our concerns he proceeds to take the food away sends our server ( Marissa) who by the way was awesome back with new pasta not included was the rest of my meal he took. It was a unprofessional atmosphere to say the least the entire staff needs training on cleanliness as well as appearance and professionalism!! Needless to say we will NEVER eat there again. This location has definitely gone down hill!

Just came in Saturday night and was not all that satisfied with my purchase. I feel like I did not have enough to eat either. The meal didn't fill me up and that's even with an extra side. For the amount of money I expect my food to be good and hot and tasty as well as fill me up. I hate complaining but I have to be honest. The waitress was good aside from not really asking to fill up our drinks, she didn't bring anymore biscuits out either, and I felt as if she were rushing me to leave. This was a special dinner for me and my daughter. And I wasn't happy. Thank you.
Our waitress was nice, but our crab legs came out cold. My husband and I got the ultimate feast. Everything else was good though besides the cold crab legs. It was almost as if they pulled them out of the freezer and put them on a plate. The bathrooms were also gross. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and had a mask laying on the floor which was pretty gross. Also, at the bar there was a customer who was swearing, I had my 6 year old daughter sitting right next to me. At least I got 16$ off of my order I guess for the cold crab legs. The food wasn’t worth the money spent. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
Place was basically empty. We were seated right next to the drink station. 20 minutes goes by and nothing. We weren't even offered a water. We got up and left. No one said anything to us, while multiple employees were just standing around. Will never go back.
Usually I order here and everything is great even my portions. Today I ordered at 720 and did not receive my food untill after closing. This to only because my Uber driver was outside and I called . The manager was rude and I was very disappointed with my food. Super salty and barely enough pasta to feed my 4 year old. My friend got a baked potatoes and was giving a whole potatoes no sour cream not cut just a potatoes. I'm so disappointed
It's was so empty to the point I thought it was closed but awesome service I need to go back to tip my waitress I paid with a card an told her I was going to tip in cash and forgot I will get you next time.
I got the cod sandwich and in my sandwich was a piece of hair?. I also got the unlimited shrimp and I didn't get any dressing for my salad. The calimari was over done and I had a reward that my server didn't even use. Not happy with the experience here at this location
i got 3 orders of the choose two entree for $20 and the items on the plates were the incorrect items, with two sides each and none of my sides came out, they were really busy and the wait for food was long. the sweet tea was watered down. my shrimp was cold and i was not excited about this experience.
