Pizza Chicken Wings

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had issues with pizzas delivered from this place. They either come cold, incorrect or half cooked if they come at all. Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else Anywhere else.

Updated review (4/19/2022):My brother and father ordered two pizzas. My brother's pizza was supposed to have no sauce, but they put sauce on it anyways. My father ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got a cheese pizza instead. They did not enjoy the incorrect pizzas either.Won't be getting food from here again.Original Review:Having enjoyed Rascal House in Downtown Cleveland, my brother and I decided to give the new location in Mentor a try.Two or three week after they opened, I ordered the traditional pasta dinner and a baked meatball sub while my brother got the philly steak grinder and the chicken tenders. My brother had wanted to get the jumbo pretzel sticks, but they were out, so he got the chicken tenders instead.I got there before the estimated time, but the food was already sitting there waiting for me. There was also some confusion at the register as I had paid online already, but the lady on the register was expecting payment. A manager had to come over and clear things up.My brother enjoyed the philly steak grinder so much that he said he would get it again, but thought the chicken tenders were on the dry side.My meal was alright. The meatball sub was smaller than the image I had seen prior, but the meatballs were quite flavorful. The pasta dinner could have used more sauce. The sauce could have had more flavor too. If I had gotten the meatball added to it, I might have enjoyed it more, but I did not want to pay the extra price. The garlic toast that came with it was the best part of the dinner: very flavorful and had me wishing I had got more.Overall, a bit pricy, but I will give it a second try sometime, now that some time has passed, and give their pizza a try.

5 STARS first time trying this pizza. Might try it again tomorrow ;) the staff is so awesome very friendly even the gm stopped by to check on everything. highly recommend there pizza very good. I could eat the crust all day LOL

$6.50 for the salad, $1.40 for the nearly non existent topping (per half-one side shroom other onion) and $9 for the "wings" is highway robbery. I put my rather small thumb by salad and wings for reference. And you must look very closely at the pizza to see any toppings. The taste of the pizza was ok but nothing spectacular though they did try to make it to my specifications. The garlic sauce on the chicken balls was sparce at best. Also the Marzetti dressing should be changed to something without preservatives and anything artificial. While I realize we are experiencing inflation, there is no reason to overcharge and be outright chincy with toppings and sides.

Rascal House has very good pizza for reasonable prices. The toppings are always fresh and made to order. I'm glad they finally opened a location in Mentor. I did have a few hiccups with a few of my orders but the staff is always friendly and always makes it right for any issues with orders.

Always a great experience here, the orders are always hot and fresh, never had anything wrong with it. Definitely would recommend this pizza for anyone!

So let me start out by saying that I love Rascal House but this is not the pizza I remember from the Euclid Ave location downtown. I know it has been awhile maybe the recipe changed, but the Mentor location wasn’t a great experience for me. Food is cold, dough has no flavor and is weird and flat. I’ve tried on a few occasions. They’re also skimpy on the toppings. Holding out hope that they get it sorted.

We had wings and they we NOT cooked thoroughly, pizza was not tasty at all, they said 10 minute wait so I sat in my car for those 10 minutes and then went inside and waited another 15 minutes. Very disappointed and will probably never go back!
