These people are rude, when we tried to find out why our order was taking over 20 minutes with other people being served that came in after us, we were told “don’t tell us how to do our job”. We complained on the company website twice with no response. We called and spoke to the “manager” today 3/9 and were hung up on. We have been to many Pulp locations that have the friendliest workers. This is not one of them.

A lot of their smoothies are very healthy and filled with all sorts of super foods. But they are very delicious.
Loved it! Absolutely delicious! I had never been so my son decided to take me in oh, he raved about the smoothies and how wonderful they were. Very pleasant experience.
Best mango bomb ever. With only one person working, she was fast at taking & making orders. Card machine needed to be fixed. I had to enter manually
The Mentor location has really gone down hill. I used to be able to call ahead and order my smoothies ahead of time. But tje last three days they either don't answer the phone, or say that they can't do call ahead orders. After paying 8 dollars for my large smoothie that was not right, I'll never be back
