Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and boneless wings and an order of cinna sticks. Pizza came with no sauce! I looked at my receipt and thought I accidentally clicked no sauce or nothing but I ordered correctly. Seriously…. Wings looked like clumps of pine and looked disgusting. Cheese that actually made it on the pizza was burnt and greasy. Also ordered a side of buffalo that was not even included and my 3rd topping was not on the pizza either. Pizza and wings were inedible and thrown away, not even the dog cared for it. But cinna sticks were good. Tried submitting feedback online with Pizza Hut and their servers kept timing me out before I could submit anything. Gave a tip even though I did drive through pickup to be nice but this was extremely poor service.
The app let me order food. There was not a driver. They never called to tell me. This location is very unprofessional. I never got my money back
Delivery was actually 1 minute early. Food was great. Only suggestion is add a salad option to dinner box. But leave it outside the box
It arrived hot and was exactly what I ordered. This time I ordered the pasta and it was delicious. Good stuff!
Do not overcook the stuffed crust pizza. Only complaint, all other food was great.
ordered the tastemaker pizza and it was the best pizza I have gotten from here! whoever made it did excellent, and put toppings on that were very tasty and the crust was light brown the way we love it! always good pizzas from here but this one was very very good
This is the best Pizza Hut my family has ever used!! Try it and you will return to this quick order pick up or delivery. The employees are polite and efficient.
I placed an order over the phone for carry out and i don’t know what the lady on the phone did but she placed my order to some other location and it wasn’t the one here so when I arrived I told the general manager bout what happened and he was able to put my order in for me with a discount and He even personally brought it out to my car for me! I told him I left him a tip in the jar on the counter as well because when you blessed someone, you gotta pay it forward by giving blessings back. Thank you to the general manager for your generosity of awesome customer service & your staff as well too!! :-) :-)
Went to the pizza hut in mentor on Lakeshore blvd. We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks and two cheese sauces. We didn't get our cheese sauce but got three marinara sauces. The pizza I ordered was pineapple ham and bacon.I asked for extra pineapple and there was barely any. There was no bacon and and way to much ham. The pizza was soggy and not cooked long enough and was disgusting. The other pizza wasn't cooked enough. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance because we have had issues in the past. I thought maybe over time things got better. Guess I was wrong and won't be going back ever. Waste of $40 and other places do out pizza the hut.
