I ordered sausage on one pizza and there was no sausage. Second, the second pizza was crushed (pushing the cheese into the box and off the pizza) because a spacer was not present and wings were sitting on top of it.
Ordered the Triple Treat box thing, two 1-topping pizzas and a Cheesestick. The cheesesticks were burnt and dry and overcooked, meanwhile both pizzas were undercooked. The pizza dough was slightly raised and white. There was no golden-brown. Or gold. Or brown. Just flat undercooked doughy dough. And I substituted the classic marinara sauce with the garlic parm sauce, there was only a vague thin veneer of sauce between the cheese and dough. Overall a very bad dinner.
The food is extremely fresh and delivered ahead of schedule with a driver (Patricia Swoope) who cared enough to call to verify the address due to the large complex of apartment buildings in our complex. She did a fantastic job.
The pizza was good actually great. I was really looking forward to the apple pie bites for dessert and in opened the box and they were in pieces and seemed old
It was nothing wrong with customer service, the pizza was overcooked. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza and the pizza was real thin and hard and The cheese was burnt. Like it was just light sauce and all crackers.
The pizza was piping hot, right out of the oven. The service was prompt and courteous.
After trying to order from the Painesville Pizza Hut and they were closed I ordered from this location 20 minutes before they closed with no problem. I had to drive farther but it was worth it! The pizza even tasted better.
