The mentor location near Starbucks had a awesome cashier he had light skined and knew how to up sale and just really hospitable so rare these days I did give him the compliment in person buy just awesome employee that man knew what he was doing. !!!!!!!

walked in the door at 856, yes I know they were closing at 9pm. I asked if they were still open and got a snide remark for 4 minutes. I said great. next thing I hear is him say fire the oven back up. at this point you can tell they do t want to be there so I said we would go else where and left.... not worth the poor attitude to patronize the establishment tonight.
Very good service and food. The manager was great and it reflected in other staff. It's good to be greeted. That does not happen as much as it should these days.
First of all I love their food! Second their customer service is amazing! I put in an online order and got there and realized I sent it to the other Mentor location ??♀️ and the manager was so sweet and had his awesome staff make me my order again and even called and canceled at the other location for me. Literally this was all on me and they went above and beyond for me during my mess up!

Fries are pretty decent. Lemonade is decent. Had the club grilled and I was unsatisfied with the amount of meat and the narrow bread. The sandwich costs $12.49. I am well aware prices everywhere are not what they should be, that being said I compared the price of this sandwich to a competitor of the same kind and you get a bigger sandwich...length and width and more on the sandwich and their sandwich is $11.99. I am confused how that many people are satisfied with dinky, skinny, under filled sandwiches. This is not what I expected or find acceptable.
Mentor is the place for subs. You got Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, Diabellas, and Penn Station. Penn Station is the best in my opinion. Go get yourself a cheese steak and you will be in sub heaven.
Very delicious, can be a bit slow at times, but food quality makes up for that!
