The young man in the dress shirt at the register was quick, funny and polite. Went the extra mile and I really appreciate that. Thanks for great service.

This is for Mentor Panera. I havent been here in a while because the service is mehh and the food...which is not complex...usually something is wrong or missing. Its overpriced and not put together well. I recently called and was informed they don't do ordering on the phone for pickup...probably because they would have to talk to people...so they got rid of it. Thats fine, but when tried to ask another question, the person hung up on me. Its just all around rude and not the greatest food. My recent experience reminded me quickly why I havent been there in a while. Multiple bad experiences have contributed to this rating.

The staff is new and they manager had to stop in because they were messing everything up. Every drink at the soda fountain is currently out of order. The places is FILTHY. Debris and food fall over them floors. And Mt french onion soup was so cold the croutons werent mushy. The side bread could be used as a weapon it was so hard ?. 30 dollars for that ???

Food is always good but I would stray from doing rapid pick up at any Panera location. The last 3 times I’ve done rapid pickup I’ve waited 40-60 minutes for my food. The employees have offered free drinks/bakery items because of the wait time, which is nice but I’m not looking for freebies. I just want my food done on time. That’s the whole point of order ahead. They tend to be out of stuff mid-day a lot as well, chips, bread etc.Employees are great, but there’s really no point in doing online ordering anymore because you just wait longer.

It wasn't even busy and all the workers were just goofing around. I ordered a sandwich and received a pizza. Got a drink with it too but I went over to the drinks and almost everything was out. The brisk was just yellow water, the normal water tasted sour, and the bread that was given to my partner was cold and dry. They also gave her a small when we asked for a large. Only saving grace is that the wrong food they gave us was actually okay.

ordered salad explicitly without pecans, it was made with pecans. i’m not asking for perfection from service workers but food allergies and customers’ requests based on them should be taken seriously because people can get really hurt. it’s as simple as reading the entire ticket

Once you get to your table, it’s fine. But before then, the store’s layout includes a series of narrow halls, only wide enough for two people who aren’t socially distancing. No matter where you stand, you’re going to be in someone’s way, and more often than not they won’t say “excuse me,” just invade your bubble; the employees were as guilty of this as the guests. It doesn’t help that the queue area is confusing; there are two separate register areas, and it’s unclear what the difference is. The smaller area is very close to the entry door, so if you get into the line there, you end up standing near the door, where it gets cold, and where you’ll have a constant flow of DoorDash drivers running up behind you. It’s also right next to the coffee station, and right in the middle of the main walkway. So while you’re trying to read the menu, you’ll have to concern yourself with (1.) Every DoorDash driver, (2.) Every person trying to get coffee, (3.) Every new guest who enters, and (4.) Every guest trying to leave. I sure hope they never have a fire.

Great food but a full size sandwich, soup, and a small drink was almost $20. For a half size sandwich, soup, small drink, it was about $13.

This was my very first visit to Panera.I ordered a flat bread pizza, and it was very good. I just thought it was a little to pricey. I was on a mobility scooter, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just had trouble getting in and out the entrance/exit. I did not see where I could have pushed a Handicapped button to open the doors automatically.

my overall experience was great soup but the cheese grill was not cooked well . but i came in for pizza ? but when i asked about it to one of the staff she acted very negative she rolled her eyes and changed my mind
