First time ever eating here. When we first walked in we were greeted by several friendly employees. The restaurant was very clean. They kept checking & making new food as needed.We both got different things so we could see what we liked. Generous portions. Everything we ordered was great! We will absolutely be back next time we're in town.
I've been coming here on and off since they opened but I won't be returning. They gave me my to go order and the bag Is filled with brown sauce and it's extremely messy. The foods not even that great and they do me like this? Not to mention I asked for a whole bunch of chilli sauce and they tell me the limit is 3, now they're being stingy on top of this mess of a meal. Also they raised the price. No more for me.
Great customer service at drive thru window this afternoon, it was my first time trying out the chain. The young lady who took my order and was very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I really enjoyed our lunch! We will be back.
Panda Express has been a favorite of mine for many years, especially when I lived in Southern Ca., where they have many restaurants. I was happy to find one here. We recently moved and now live close. Their food is really good, especially for Fast Food Chinese. Food is always warm and usually fresh since they are constantly refreshing the steam table. Tastes great too. Service is quick and very friendly. Dining room and restrooms are clean and well lit.
We used to eat here a few times a week because it was great. Over the last few months the quality has sunk low. We enjoyed it because we trusted the white meat chicken promise. We absolutely hate dark meat and avoid places who use it. I have had the last 4 meals go directly into the trash and seriously doubt we will be back to this location. I'm not sure how or why dark meat is being used but it shows this location has gone cheap.
Panda Express does for Chinese food what McDonald's did for hamburgers. Fast food but not necessarily great food. I'll still stop here for dinner when I'm in a hurry. Drive thru is fast. I like the entrees the best. The sides not so much. Your local mom and pop Chinese take out is better than Panda Express.Panda did get us through the pandemic when many of the local Chinese take outs were closed so I'm grateful for that.
Fresh food and great flavors, the chicken teriyaki is great. Everyone working at this location is alway very friendly.
I love this place, somewhere different than the same ole same ole. The food is always hot and fresh and staff is fantastic!
Well. We never had Panda Express and we will never have it again.Paid 30$ for 3 platters.1 platter was 2 walnut shrimp and fried rice .rice was crunchy, under done.Got like 6 pieces of shrimp per entree.2 platter was orange chicken and walnut shrimp with chow mein. Again got like 4-5 pieces of shrimp, 4-5 pieces of chicken. Noodles were dry and nasty. Looks like raw spaghetti.3 platter was beijing beef and walnut shrimp with white rice. Again. Got 4-6 shrimp and 4-5 pieces of beef. White rice was dry and hard.On top of the baby portions we waited over an half hour for our food just to be given 10% off our order for the next 5 visits. I wont be going back. Only got 1 star because i had to actually give one. I work in the food industry and i under stand being understaffed short handed. But to pay so much for so little in nucking futs to me. Hope they actually read these reviews and do something about the problems.
