Sadly, my Sicilian pizza arrived as a doughy mess that was barely baked. Frankly, it wasn’t even as good as a frozen pizza from the store. I won’t order again.
Overall our family likes this pizza a lot, but more times than not in the past 6 months the pizza has arrived cold. Contacted through Slice app and got credit for pizza arriving cold. Great customer service and quickly handled. Completely understand being short staffed and will continue to give business.
This pizza was boring at best. It arrived so cold it was stiff which is the antithesis of a good New York style pizza. I also ordered extra cheese and as the photo attests I did not get that. The salad is good.
Not the pizza place it used to be. Granted i havent been to PnP since 2015, moved out to parma. Found myself out that way this weekend, Looks like the place changed hands. Garlic Knots arent quite what they used to be, but still decent. Pizza however is nothing like it used to be. If youre like me and hoping for what it used to be. Avoid. Otherwise its just another pizza joint now.
I like the Stromboli that I ordered it was great but these garlic knots had so much oil it was ridiculous

Ordered four items. Went to pick up and when I get here they tell me 15 mins. Sounds like it isn't even started. Look what I did during my 15 mins. The employees show no enthusiasm. Listening to the phone order I wonder how this place can operate. After today I will never stop foot in here.
The pizza is delicious. Pasta was over cooked and the sauce was watery and bland. Didn’t realize I had to order spaghetti dinner WITH meatballs in order to get both.
Everything was ready when I went to pick up, service was fine but it was so greasy. Garlic knots dripping and leaking out the container, wings were meaty but lacked flavor, thin hot sauce, also very greasy. Pizza had good crust but toppings were sparse and also extremely greasy. Family special came with 2 liter, seemed like a good value but will not be back I don't like food that is dripping in grease.
