I had placed an order online and had thought I had placed it for this restaurant since I have only gone to this store. Being a new mom, with little sleep and adjusting going back work, I didn't realize that I had placed my order at a different store. I was embarrassed! However, the staff was kind and whipped up my order in no time! I was floored by their kindness and timelines by getting my order ready and me out the door so I can enjoy my lunch break. I'll always return to this location.
Had the ground beef burrito bowl. The meat was over seasoned and everything else was tasteless. It was almost nauseating. I ate it because it was food but surely dreaded every bite. I always loved coming here but this time was not a good experience.
We've been wanting to try Moe's for quite some time now and winning this contest was an eye opening experience!!! I can't believe what we've been missing!! The #TacoKit was way cheaper than going out and was enough for the 4 of us and then some. I ordered through the Moe's App, it was ready within 30 minutes and it was a quick and easy pickup! Boxes all over tables limiting spaces to sit, out of cookies that were supposed to come with a kids meal, with no other options to replace, out of ice, broken tables, trash can overflowing with no other option, but to pile up trays, dirty tables. I will never eat here again!
If I could put 0 stars I would. I got food poisoning from this place. No flavor, bad proportions, and lots of cross-contamination. This place is not suitable for children more or less the elderly. The workers were very rude and provided no help. Avoid at all costs.
Friendly greetings and helpful staff. Didn't care for some of the flavorings or the salsa bar. Adequate portions and tortillas included.
1st time there, rice was undercooked, hard as a rock, food was bland tasting and over priced! Great service tho....
This place is nasty. None of the tables were clean and the floor is all sticky. The cooking area also was was not very clean. We won't be back.
It has its own quirks over it's competition. Food tastes fresh, and was prepared in a typical, timely manner, as would be expected in such environment. Its not the best tasting food out there, but it definitely is above par when you factor in the quality of food from other fast food franchises.
The food is pretty good, but they advertise that kids will eat free on sunday. They will not honor this if you order ahead of time. Buyer beware. Otherwise, for the price, they offer a good selection of food.
