1st the food was good as to be expected. The downside is when did McDonald's become an overpriced eatery. 3 value meals 2 with coffee upgrades 32 dollars? Also was told I had to order at the kiosk, while the 12 minutes we waited the girl behind the counter did absolutely nothing except tell the elderly couple that came in after us to use this kiosk, but if it was absolutely necessary she could possibly wait on them. Walking out went to grab a few napkins and had to get back in line to get them because they are still not allowed to put them out. With the cost and delays we should have just went to waffle house 2 exits down...
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and got two cheeseburgers and fries. French fries tasted old, probably dirty oil and buns on the cheeseburger were hard on the bottom. obviously they set for a while. Just like throwing $10 out the window along with the food. I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s on several occasions and never get good fresh food. Shame on me for returning.
For literally the past year every time I come to this McDonald’s after 9 pm I try to get a milkshake and they ALWAYS say “ OUR MACHINE IS DOWN or OUR MACHINE IS BROKE.” Really!?! For a year and you haven’t ordered a new one or is it you take it down early so you don’t have to clean it later???? Hope corporate knows this is what you guys always tell your customers when you close at 10 pm!!
Got rid of the 3.50$ double cheese & small fry combo because it was a little too economical for the customer and was easier to afford. Now you can partake in any number of insanely overpriced "value meals" for....wait...over 10 dollars???? Is that correct? Really? Noooo...your telling me that for an actual whole 10 dollar bill I get a flat pop, a small fry inside a medium container and a hamburger that is crazy small and looks like someone kicked it under one of the kitchen appliances for a few hours and then dug it back out and placed it in my 10$ value meal bag??? Wow I can't wait until I get to eat at a McDonald's again. The quantity, quality and especially the prices are just so fantastic!! I mean in no way, shape or form do I feel taken advantage of anymore. Keep up the good work corporate!!!
You know I was going to work here I wanted to have a good work environment because I thought finally the managers would follow the rules to the managers don't follow the rules is because they know when corporates coming. So they don't want to wear a hairnet or a hat. So why should I right you're not showing any of your workers you are a good example at all that's why you're not a good role model and honestly I don't need to work my husband makes enough money I just wanted some extra money. And I threw up on the food there. Which wasn't good. The first lady that interviewed me that's why I wanted to get hired and she was such a sweetheart now she wore her hat and everything but the second lady no she just acted like she ran it and you know what we're supposed to be a team especially in the food industry. So you don't own McDonald's either work as a team or why are you working here so I give it one star for your work ethic you might get your job done but at the end of the day you're not a team player. Boasting friendly service and average food, it is THE most expensive McDonald's outside of an airport. I just hope they're paying their employees more.
I ordered the 2 for 6 and our food came out so fresh, hot and not over salted. I'm from north Canton an they do not make the food as good as this location here does. It was made with love and to top it all off, my big mac was not overly sauced and the perfect amount of lettuce with fresh melted cheese. Made with love from this location keep it up and I will be coming back
They always have fresh French fries and good food.
Very busy drive thru. Order was incorrect but I would not get back in line. Will return when not so busy! Coffee was hot & fresh!!!!
Great service. Food came out quickly. Restaurant was clean. Liked that it was open for eating in.
